Easy and helpful
On the day of repair we could track where the fitter was and so did not have to sit around waiting for him. He then phoned us when he was on his way with an ETA. When he arrived he was polite explained everything and got on with the job. He did an excellent job and I cannot see where the chip had been.

Workshop spotless
Workshop, very clean and tidy, the welcome when I took the car in they took it straight in and started on it. The reception area was spacious and neat and tidy, there was a customer toilet. They wanted the car for 4 hours but it was ready in 2.5. The whole experience was 100 percent .

Very professional.
I was updated before and during the replacement. As I didn’t have the time or means to leave the vehicle and go elsewhere there was a comfortable waiting area. The work was carried out in a very professional manner.

Very pleasant staff
Very pleasant staff, kept ro expected time frame, refunded for wipers that had been assessed as not needing to be changed. So confident not doing unnecessary work.
