Had chipped windscreen repaired
Had chipped windscreen repaired. Can see small mark. Was told it's an air bubble. 90% ok. Was told anytime between 9 and 5. Couldn't track operative. Had 15mins warning of arrival. 😃

I was expecting that the replacement windscreen would take up to four hours - but the job was completed in just over 1 hour.

Had a cracked windscreen for a month as…
Had a cracked windscreen for a month as my first appointment the replacement glass had a big scratch through it. The employee handled this very well and helped me book a new appointment. Second appointment they brought the wrong windscreen for the car so had to go back to the depot and get the right one. Then proceeded to carry out the work but it started raining. The employee just stated how they had a shiny new van which doesn’t have a shelter like the old vans so couldn’t carry out the work even though it was forecasted to rain. They said they would contact me throughout the day but didn’t hear back until the evening and then didn’t support with booking a new appointment or communications. Had a bit of a nightmare booking new appointments over the phone as constantly talking to new people and they didn’t seem to understand the urgency of replacing my windscreen due to needing my car. Thankfully, the third appointment everything went smoothly. Once the work was carried out, all went well but just a shame as I don’t think anyone paid much attention to me as a customer and would have been nice to felt more understood.

The panoramic Sunroof failed on my car…
The panoramic Sunroof failed on my car 1 week before going on holiday. Ryan and his team were fantastic. Ryan helped to ensure the part was ordered and the case pushed along. I was given a part eta thatvwould have meant missin half the holiday. The part arrived early and Ryan called mecstraight in. The main customer service centre was okay, although slow at requesting information. Rather annoyingly I got a call saying I hadn't provided a photo that hadn't been requested which delayed the part being ordered. Overall the Maidstone team get 5 stars. They were brilliant.
