The "repair" did not improve the…
The "repair" did not improve the appearance of the chip. I understand it won't look 100% but it didn't appear that there was any repair completed- it still looks the exact same.

Good experience
Friendly staff , had to take time off from work to attend the appointment due to living an hour away, however with there being a waiting room and desk space I was able to bring my laptop and carry on with any work I had remaining . Windscreen replaced in a timely manner .

First class service
Booking was easy via my insurance company (although I had to wait almost a week which was not really a problem as the chip was relatively small and not in the eyeline).
Service on the day was first class and office staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The repair was excellent and all car functions worked perfectly afterwards.
I would be happy to use their service again but hope that I never have to do so!

Very friendly, waiting room is perfect
Really easy experience, explained everything super well and talked me through the whole process. Even after I booked in for the wrong thing (repair not replacement) they were still willing and able to help and got me sorted the same day. Had a great waiting room, sat and had a cuppa, quick service and lovely guys who work there!

Brought in a BYD vehicle
Brought in a BYD vehicle, which is new to the UK market, with a cracked windshield. Guys knew exactly what was involved as there is a lot of electronic kit in the system but it was fixed the following day with the data having been tested on their systems - great service and knowledgeable staff👍

Satisfied customer
Simple process to book, NW took care of all the insurance issues without me having to lodge a claim and did all the checking to ensure they ordered the correct screen (more complicated than it sounds); no delay in getting an appointment; Staff were very pleasant to deal with and advised a repair of the crack instead of fitting a new windscreen. although they would have made more out of me by keeping quiet and fitting the replacement. Overall very satisfied.

Great experience
Originally booked for a repair, but sod's law it snowed and the crack got worse, so my windscreen had to be replaced. My appointment was rebooked quickly, then sod's law again, it was raining and couldn't be completed. Craig was wonderful and said I could bring it to the depot, as he had an opening, so it was fixed that afternoon. He did a lovely job and was, overall a great guy. Couldn't reccomend enough :)

Sun Roof Replacement.
The 2 technicians arrived on time at my house, although they had a couple of technical problems due to model differences it took longer to fit, they did the job well and I was pleased with the fitting of the Sun Roof.
