Job was well done with no mess
Job was well done with no mess, the chap was polite and arrived at my house within the agreed time. The windscreen was available to be fitted the day after the initial inspection. He also phoned in advance of his arrival.

Replacement Windscreen
New windscreen was fitted on 16/7/24. The day after a rattling noise was coming from the window. We rescheduled to go back 26/7/24 and the window was rechecked and problem sorted. The 2 guys in Kilmarnock branch both times were very efficient and helpful, especially the guy on the Friday staying past his finishing time to make sure all was well with the windscreen.
One thing I will say is for not use the live chat, it's a nightmare and the person ended chat without giving me a response to my questions so I then had to call the call centre who were helpful.

Very happy customer!
Replacement windscreen was dealt with extremely fast. Other companies were talking about 3 weeks where NW were 4 DAYS! Very happy. On the day the job was finished earlier than planned, and the guy doing it had another job to attend meaning he'd be out of the garage. He arranged to take my keys to a safe place for me to allow me to collect my car at a time that suited me. Very happy!

Great window service
Was messaged the night before to make sure that I was aware of the appointment that was made, phoned 20 minutes before appointment to make sure I was still able to make it, great service when I arrived and was told the procedure and how long it was going to take, car was givin back to me within the hour and the area or work was cleaned to ensure everything was perfect for when I drove away
