Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Great communication and was offered an earlier slot due to a cancellation. Staff were extremely friendly both in the office and on the floor.
Workmanship was fantastic and my car was handed back without even knowing work had been done.

Easy to arrange a repair
Easy to arrange a repair. The fitter was a really nice man and was able to take payment for the excess I needed to pay. The only thing that let the whole process down was the call centre and trying to get any information out of them. So that's why 4 stars.

5 star service..slightly spoiled by hitch
Overall excellent service spoilt by the fact that I had to visit twice as the first time they had the wrong glass part. This disappointed me as the vehicle reg clearly shows which year and model and version..
Of note was the communication..just brilliant..in confirming and then reminding me of appointments
