Absolutely brilliant company to deal with from start to finish. The online booking was very easy, and explained in full why my car needed to be brought in. As it is a modern car there were various calibrations to be done once the windscreen was fitted. I was offered a time and brought my car in. The technician was there waiting for me and was extremely friendly, polite and professional. I was offered a place to wait if I wanted it, but I was happy to walk into town. I got back an hour and 20 minutes later and my car was all ready for me. Absolutely delighted with the fantastic service. I shall make sure from now on only to use insurers that work with National Windscreens. Thank you so much.

The efficiency of Mike the windscreen technician, his superb manner, even when the removal of the cracked screen gave some issues and slowed the task up, he was always happy in his work and enthusiastic to make sure that the job he came to do was the absolute best; the end result was exactly that. Where to start!
Firstly, from contacting my insurance company, to being conected to National Windscreens and booking the appointment was effortless.
Secondly, the text's and updates made life simple
Thirdly, the fact that I could get the work carried out in the town near to where I work made things simple, also being able to drop the vehicle off 3/4 of an hour early meant Icould be at work for my normal time.
So all in all an easy experiance😀👍

Excellent team, who were helpful and accomodating when problems occurred replacing the windscreen. When the car had to be brought back in they made this easy, and fitted it in to make sure it was ready for its next appointment.

The man who replaced my windscreen was polite and efficient. I was kept informed at every stage. The car came back spotlessly clean with no sign of the windscreen having been replaced. I was advised what not to do for the next couple of weeks. Ie Not to jet wash.

Was always weary about having windscreen replaced,
would it be as good as factory fitting and could you tell it had been replaced with overspilling the adhesive and things.
No need to worry tho!! Was excellent from booking stage through to confirmation of appointment and checking everything was okay still the friday before the appointment.
Most reviews for anything are written when customers have had bad experiences.

Excellent service from Luke at Dorchester.

I had a small star chip in my windscreen They said it was too big to be repaired.
I decided to claim off my insurance and just pay my excess which was quite high
at £140.
It was easy to make an appointment at
Dorchester and they handled everything
If there is any criticism it was I received no details from anyone as to what my total claim was
for me including with the insurance company

Quick Repair.

The replacement screen has been fitted well. We had to find a nearby cafe to wait about two and a half hours. The gentleman on reception was brusque and unhelpful in response to enquiries about timings and could do with some training on customer service.

Apprehensive to begin with as not used before. Operator friendly and soon put me at ease. Booking straight forward, although needed collecting as didn’t want waste time shopping for Two hour time slot. Text message received to collect on time. Work completed ok with only minor dirt smudges on bonnet. Screen was crystal clear. Not had any rain yet, to test glass is sealed , but comes with warranty.
I would recommend this site.
