The gentleman who came to replace the windscreen was incredibly friendly and helpful. Explained things very well and was just thorough with the replacement.

Excellent service Crawley branch.
Excellent service received from the Crawley forge wood branch. Dropped the car off and was told it could be up to 4 hours due to camera calibration, just under 2 hours later it was all done and ready. Very friendly and informative staff and the whole process was effortless so many thanks.

The first call person was not clear in what he was doing - local people really good Great communications - National Windscreens I do not understand why I had to wait 3 weeks, being your most fitted windscreen is the same as my car (according to your web site) This makes no sense.

The job was done very quick
The job was done very quick, shards of glass and sealant left all over the dash and the front scuttle pannel has 3 body clips missing

Unable to contact the Crawley branch by phone tried for three weeks no answer appointment changed from am to pm I needed am as I had an eye appointment in the afternoon so had to cancel that but the fitters made a lovely job of the new screen so the five stars are for them

The repair was good however I was told it would take around 4 hours, well
More like 7 hours, and then the one guy who did the work started arguing with me as to why I thought it would take 4 hours when it is a Sunday and told me they are only two people. I pointed him the sms’s I received stating 4 hours. There must be some issues internally which I felt as a customer had nothing to do with me. Honestly

Quick and efficient
Quick and efficient. Was given the choice due to rain to take my car in or reschedule, I took the car in and it was seen to straight away. I was called within the time frame I was told to pick it up. The gentleman dealing with my car was polite, professional and pleasant. Thank you.

Absolutely diabolical experience with…
Absolutely diabolical experience with National Windscreens. Totally inept and the customer service was absolutely the most unhelpful bunch of people you could ever encounter. I was without my car for over a week as they couldn’t seem to get the correct windscreen in. Apparently they’re supposed to let you know the afternoon before you’re due to drop your car off if they haven’t got the windscreen in to do the job, I never heard from so dropped my car off and as already mentioned above had to wait over a week for the windscreen to come in and be fitted! I asked customer service for some contribution towards a hire car and they said they would not help but have me £50 for my inconvenience! I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole

I’ve had a few windscreens over the years, this was by far the best job I’ve ever had. Immaculate windscreen installation, friendly staff, and unbelievably quick turnaround ( less than 2 hours !) I would thoroughly recommend National Windscreens.
