Easy booking online but need to improve communication
Easy booking online
Great customer service once I went to the site, however they were meant to confirm an appointment time which didn’t happen so I just turned up at opening time as unsure what else to do. I had tried phoning them to confirm but went to a call centre and call was never returned.

Fast and efficient service
Fast and efficient service and cheaper than the quote received from Autoglass. My car insurer has National Windscreens as their approved replacement windscreen provider and I can clearly see why. I'd recommend anyone to get a quotation from National Windscreen before ordering a replacement through Autoglass.

I was very satisfied with the rear…
I was very satisfied with the rear window replacement. The thing I'm not satisfied with is leaving broken glass behind which now I can't open my boot and the broken glass is rattling.
