I will be changing my merchant services - I have been trying to get a copy of my statements for three months through "support" have been put on hold multiple times for many 30 minute waits only to be disconnected. I have also tried to reach them through their chat online and they say "an agent will respond within a hour - this does not happen and then the chat is closed. Their support is a disaster.
A Career That Feels Like a Constant Battle
I'm sharing this to be transparent for anyone considering this company. What seems acceptable on the surface quickly turns into a relentless, stressful environment that demands far more than it ever gives. Small warning signs escalate quickly, and before long, the pressure becomes unrelenting. Workloads pile endlessly, deadlines remain impossibly tight, and there is almost no support or privacy to navigate the day. Managers intensify the strain with a hostile tone and erratic, inconsistent decisions. Concerns are ignored or treated as personal attacks, shutting down any chance for open communication. Pay changes constantly and always downward, eroding trust in every promise made. Transparency and clear communication are completely absent. Favoritism dominates how people are treated. Without a close relationship with the CEO, you are sidelined, and women are especially affected. Speaking up or being honest is discouraged and often punished. Conversations with leadership feel one-sided, as if staff voices do not matter at all. I left home emotionally drained countless times. Being terminated for speaking out confirmed that respect and fairness are nonexistent here. The emotional toll is crushing, and this company is not a place anyone seeking a healthy, supportive environment should consider.

The Most Useless Support Team You’ll Ever Encounter — Stay Far Away
Their so-called support is a complete disaster. Getting help from this team feels like begging for mercy from people who couldn't care less. You wait for over an hour just to be disconnected and forced to start all over again. It is beyond frustrating to deal with such incompetence. The whole process is a test of patience that no paying customer should ever endure. I feel trapped by their outrageous fees, and I would not wish this miserable experience on anyone. Avoid this company at all costs before you find yourself stuck in the same nightmare.
High prices for mediocrity
Very disappointing. You're paying huge amount of money for mediocre POS systems, especially the credit card machines, which are noticeably low quality. Don't waste your time and money here; there are a lot of better options out there.

National Processing is just awful! This company provides terrible service at unreasonable prices. I don't think a single customer of this company walks away feeling satisfied. The service is simply disappointing and inefficient, and the customer service representatives here seem like they hate their horrible jobs.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from National Processing. This company is an absolute disaster. The service is beyond awful--completely unreliable and sloppy. At first glancce, the prices may not seem to high but once you see how terrible the service is, it becomes clear just how ridiculous and outrageous those prices really are. The charges did not equate to the terrible service this company has provided! There's been a lot of issues that even management couldn't resolve and we have suffered terribly because of that! It was a total waste of money!!
Untrustworthy company and leadership
National Processing is a terrible company, and it has an untrustworthy and shady leadership. The service this company offers is mediocre at best, but the problem lies in the lack of transparency of the leadership. There were so many hidden fees! And when I confronted the management, it came up with a lot of excuses.

They scam people into paying huge sums making false promises and telling lies! Do not trust them and beware of giving your money without getting anything in return! Though it would make you avoid the stress if you'd avoid doing business with them at all!

We have only been with National Processing for a couple of months but the customer service response times and help with resolving our issues thus far has been great.

Long holds on funds
Long holds on funds. High rates. Flat out told they would hold my money indefinitely unless I canceled in which case they could hold it another 180 days.

I don't recommend working with National Processing. This company has awful communication and unreliable customer service. There have been many changes that surprised me because the representatives never bothered to inform and communicate with me. The customer service was also unreliable and helpful most of the time,

Dishonest reply to original review
Their response to my original review just proves what I said before. They said they expedited it - they didn't. They INTENTIONALLY delayed processing it so they could collect extra fees.
By their own admission: "I also see that you did email and call our team several times and got a response in the past few weeks.". Why did it take "several times" to get a response? The "several times" they speak of is true. That involved me on hold for literally HOURS over the course of several consecutive days trying to reach someone since sending emails AND leaving voicemails prior to that resulted in no response.
In a couple instances I tried their "you won't lose your place in line - we return calls in the order of the queue" thing if you press a button to receive a callback. Once I was 2nd in line and the other 3rd. On BOTH situations after waiting an hour for a callback - I called back only to find out I was further down in the queue than when I started so their claim to return calls in order received is a COMPLETE LIE.
About a week after those 2 instances I finally did by miracle get through to a live person. That is when I found out that my "expedited" processing had just been completed WEEKS after it was submitted and a matter of a couple of days after they collected their extra fees.
So their dishonest reply to the original review just enhances what I stated in the original review: stay FAR AWAY from this dishonest, fly-by-night, fraudulent company as you can.

Do not use or trust
I would give National Processing 0 stars if possible because that's how horrible my experience has been. They will convince you that their fees are the lowest, but later you will discover additional rates and fees. Very deceptive and unethical. Business owners beware!!!

These guys look good up front - but they are scamming thieves
These guys look good up front. What they are really good at, however, is inventing ways at screwing your business out of money. That was a lesson learned by my company. Additionally, their customer service joins the list as some of the worst ever.
My best advice to anyone looking for credit card processing: don't even consider National Processing as a last resort.
Actually I find it very peculiar that they find time to reply to these reviews but they don't answer their phones or respond to voicemail messages.

YOU ALREADY HAVE IT AND YOU KNOW IT. The account was NOT closed in 2-3 days or you wouldn't have charged us again. You INTENTIONALLY delayed closing the account to collect extra fees. PERIOD.
