I would never hire them again.
I paid double what I was quoted.
I hired a move and the week of dispatch called and asked if they could pick up a day early. I re-arranged my schedule and said of course (anything to help out). They then called that evening and said they couldn’t pick up and day early and pushed it back to the next day in the afternoon. When I expressed that that would not work as my lease was starting and I needed time to actually travel, the representative talked over me, screamed at me, then actually hung up the phone. This left me in tears. I pride myself as being level headed and I’m not the type to scream or yell so to be hung up on was truly unprofessional and disrespectful. When I called the company to let them know his tone completely changed. The day of the move I was up charged for every little thing. To make it worse I paid for a direct same day move yet after they picked up my stuff they headed to a completely different city and then didn’t deliver my things till the next day so how exactly is that a same day direct move? Never would recommend them!

They demanded payment in cash, and after I paid what was agreed, one of the movers came after me and asked (in a very intimidating behavior) for a tip, which I was obligated to give. The tip they accepted in check.

Definitely, this was my worst experience during the moving process.

They scheduled pick up from 12-1, they were an hour late, do not use. Trash company. After the review, I received a call about why I left the review, they were late, it was only a guy and a Uhaul, with no other help. Never use this service. I understand it's not the employees fault, he did what he could with what he had, management is trash. Don't call me again.

This is my second time using this company and they never disappoint me while they moving.

All the people work on this company are great and knowledgeable about work.

Ok, we moved. That’s great for sure. Rubio and his team were so excited to make perfect job. We had a bet to finish in 3 hrs and they made it ). Thank you guys for your incredible work.

Guys from National Movers were super helpful, they took all my stuff wrapped so quickly). Want to thank to Rubio, who just helped to make my move simple and easy. Will definitely recommend this fellows. Thank you
