Terrible company to deal with. The sales rep said that I could process payment the next day and the payment wouldn't go through since it is 24 to 48 hours before you can process payment through the app. It declined the processing and made me look bad with my client and I had to trust thst the client would redo the payment the next day which thank goodness she was honest and did. Then they flagged the transaction as possibly fraudulent so I have to prove that I am a legitimate buisness ans supply the clients information to them and verrifivation of my buisness and pictures of the job so over a week later the e-mailed me questioning the transaction and now I have to wait another 2 days and probably more before getting my funds. Never do buisness with them. Verrification is good if it was fraudulent but holding my funds that long when I have bills to pay for a legitimate buisness is crazy.

We recently started using National Bankcard for payment processing at our office, and the setup process has been very smooth. Opening the account was easy and quick, and the support team was excellent throughout the process.

Both the New Accounts team and Technical Support were great about walking us through each step, answering our questions, and explaining what to expect going forward. Their guidance made the transition much easier and gave us confidence getting everything up and running.

So far, we’ve had a great experience with National Bankcard and appreciate the level of support they’ve provided.

These folks will go above and beyond to make sure your experience goes off without any issues.

The sales and application team were easy to work with. The only negative thing would be we weren't told that National Bankcard isn't a direct processing company, but not a deal breaker.

I’m tired of paying fees. I like the idea that the client can choose to pay cash or accept a fee for credit. But there was a glitch in my first transaction and I called them and they fixed it. So hopefully I don’t experience any more issues.
