Nastto Anmeldelser 

I ordered two phone cases from Nastto in June this year. The website looks polished and professional, but my experience has been anything but.

The tracking (via YunExpress) has been stuck showing "on its way" since June. Five months later, nothing has been delivered. I’ve emailed multiple times asking for an update or a refund. The only response I received was a generic “we’ll investigate and get back to you” from customer support – and then radio silence, even after I clearly stated the order was never delivered and requested a refund within 48 hours.

On top of that, the contact phone number doesn’t work, and the company details on the website have changed (previously showing a Paris address, now London), which has left me with serious doubts about how reliable this business is.

Based on my experience – non-delivery, no meaningful follow-up and no refund – I would strongly advise others not to order from Nastto, no matter how good the website looks.

Bad product quality with nice pictures on website. They tell they are headquatered in London, but actually it’s a company from Asia. They delivered the products after a months after many follow up email.

However customer service is responsive.

I ordered a bag and it arrived badly damaged. I send all the information about it and Nastto promised 20€ discount because of it. I answered that it is too low because damage is so bad. THen they payed only 15€…Never order anything from here!

Virksomheden har leveret en vare, jeg gerne vil returnere. De nægter at tage varen retur. Mailkorrespondancen er helt sort. De svarer i øst/vest. Jeg vil IKKE anbefale at handle på netbutikken.

Ordered a coffee table book. ($60 listing) Received one page of the book (that too fake) from a China-based company. The label on the courier delivery actually used the word "fake". Refuse to refund me on email. Oh yes - the contact number is non functional. They are a complete scam. After my email they’ve taken down some book listings from their page overnight. They say they are based in US, have a Paris address, UK telephone number (non functional) and a China-based company’s courier label! Tells you all you should know.

I ordered self-moulding veneers from Nastto.com.They were useless rubbish.There was only enough moulding for the bottom set that was only half-made and fell straight out.I asked for a refund immediately and was optimistic as Marie from customer service seemed efficient and friendly.The item cost me £42 and I only received a refund of £20.Marie said that there were charges their end!I think this company are scamming people so please avoid at all costs!!
