⭐️ 1 Star – Very disappointing product and customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and my experience with Nasmati Care.
I purchased the product expecting it to be safe and suitable for my hair. Unfortunately, while using it, my hair became tangled in the brush, the brush got stuck, and it ended up pulling and cutting my hair. This was extremely upsetting and completely changed my opinion of the product.
I contacted the company to explain exactly what happened and, as requested by their team, I sent an email with the details and supporting information. I followed their instructions, but after that, I received no proper response.
Even if the company’s decision was that they would not accept my return, I believe the absolute minimum a customer deserves is a response. Being asked to send an email and then receiving no meaningful follow-up is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, very unprofessional.
What also disappointed me is that after seeing so much positive promotion of this product on social media, my actual experience was completely different. Based on my experience, I would personally be very cautious about relying only on social media recommendations when deciding whether to purchase this product.
I will keep the product, but I definitely will not recommend it to anyone. I will also be honest about my experience whenever someone asks me about it.
For me, this is not only about the product. It is also about how customers are treated when they raise a genuine concern. I followed the company’s instructions, explained the problem, and expected basic communication and respect.
Unfortunately, I did not receive that.
Very disappointing experience. I would not purchase from Nasmati Care again.

I can’t recommend Nasmati Hair Care enough!
Their styling device has truly been a game changer for me, especially when traveling. Instead of packing multiple hair tools, I only need to bring one device that does it all. It’s incredibly efficient, easy to use, and delivers amazing results every time.
What impressed me even more than the product itself was their exceptional customer service. I experienced an issue with my device just before my travel date, and their team went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly responsive, genuinely cared about finding a solution, and did everything they could to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This level of care is rare, and it’s the kind of service that turns customers into loyal ones. This definitely won’t be my last purchase from Nasmati Hair Care.
