As I’ve changed the way I ski ( no longer going off piste and speeding everywhere )
I felt it was time to change to a shorter ski.
I was given solid advise and time to think about it.
Everything in the store is of high quality so there is plenty of choice but without breaking the bank.

John (owner) had me try on multiple different ski boots, explaining the differences. Due to wide foot, high arch and instep, it came down to ease of getting my feet into boots (Nordica HF110 GW). These have been widened and custom insoles made over several subsequent visits. Always very friendly and concerned that I should get the boots to be as comfortable as possible.

The fitting process began with a foot analysis. The Boot Fitter’s measured my foot length, width, and arch height, noting that my feet had some unique characteristics. I appreciated the thoroughness of their assessment, as it highlighted that a one-size-fits-all approach is ineffective.
Next, I tried on a range of boots tailored to my foot profile, including options with varying flex ratings suited for my skiing style. The fitter encouraged me to take my time while walking around in the boots, paying attention to pressure points and overall comfort. I found it refreshing that there was no rush: the fitter was keen on ensuring I found the perfect match.
What impressed me most was the availability of customization options. After pinpointing a couple of models that felt good, Boot Fitter suggested heat molding to maximize comfort. Watching the boots being heated and molded to my specific foot shape was fascinating, and it made a noticeable difference in fit. I had a boot fitting at Naski, and they were great. Everything was explained and the boots were adjusted until they were right for me. They ordered poles in for me and let me know when they arrived. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
