I saw a picture of a stunning necklace on Instagram and decided to travel all the way from Yorkshire to Nashad’s. From the moment I arrived, the experience was amazing.
I was personally served by Nashad himself, who was incredibly helpful and allowed me to make a few changes to the necklace to make it exactly what I wanted. It was a Sunday and they were getting ready to close, but despite this, Nashad still went out of his way to make the changes for me so I could take it away the same day. That level of service really stood out.

I’m a big believer in good customer service, and this genuinely felt personal. Nashad was friendly, patient and really listened to what I wanted. My sister also ended up buying a beautiful pair of earrings, and Nashad was very fair and accommodating with the price too.

This was our first visit to the shop, but it definitely won’t be our last. I’ll be going back very soon for more. Highly recommend Nashad’s to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery and, most importantly, exceptional customer service!

The team went above and beyond to ensure we made the right choices and provided prompt delivery. Wedding ring came out better than expected and photos dont do it justice! Definitely recommend.

My experience with Nashad Jewellers was the best experience I’ve ever had with any jewellers. I ordered my wife to be engagement ring and they helped me every step of the way in choosing the right ring for her. They had a huge variety in store and helped me customise it how I wanted it, from the smallest details to the right diamond. It was made well ahead of the expected date they gave me and the CAD drawings were literally sent to me a day after I placed the order! I highly recommend Nashads!
