Their website promotes this company as being founded and based in Florida. However, they ship from China and will only accept returns to China. What a joke. They'll give you 30 days to get the merchandise there, but waste a good amount of that requesting pictures, offering discounts and credits, etc. AVOID!
This is a Shopify website and it most likely violates some terms of service by not disclosing the return process. Start a credit card chargeback and you'll probably get a quick refund.

Very disappointing experience. We purchased from their U.S. website, but returns must be shipped to China at the customer's expense. The return shipping cost was almost 4 times the item's price. Customer service refused to provide a reasonable solution and only offered a 20% discount to keep the item. Misleading return policy and poor customer support.

They dont even deserve one star. Their customer service is horrible. They won't even provide a full refund. They are scammer. They keep offering a percentage for return so if you weren't planning to provide the return why not list that on your site. They are quick to provide a respond but when it came to giving a refund they were stalling. Such a shame that stores like this can ruin the experience for people. I highly recommend not buying from this store. You can get better quality and better prices elsewhere. Again shame on these people. I have all the emails threads saved from them if anyone wants actual proof but please save yourself from the hassle of ever dealing with this store. Poor customer service.

Ordering process was simple and quick. Follow up and communication after order was placed is spot on.

I emailed the merchant on June 15th requesting a return and full refund for six unworn dresses that were poor quality and did not fit. Over six email exchanges, the merchant repeatedly deflected my request by offering an exchange, 120% store credit, a 10% partial refund, and then a 20% partial refund, all of which I declined. I made clear each time that I wanted only a full refund to my original payment method. When I firmly insisted a final time, they provided a return address in Shenzhen, China. The merchant operates under the name Naples Boutique with a US-facing website but is a Chinese dropship operation. Shipping six items to China with required tracking would cost $80 to $150 or more, which was never disclosed at the time of purchase and makes the return financially unreasonable by design. The return was unsuccessful because the merchant made it effectively impossible to return the items without spending an additional $80 to $150 in shipping to China with no guarantee of a refund upon receipt.

This is a scam, they advertise themselves as located in the US but in reality they're in China. I just received a dress I ordered from them that looked nothing like the pictures. When I tried to return it, they gave me the run around for 2 days before approving the return package to be shipped to China. FYI, there's no telephone number for their customer service, only communicating via email. Stay away. I contacted the BBB about them only to find other complaints were filed already.

It's my first time ordering and I really hope the dress fits! I ordered for an upcoming wedding and I really hope it fits! If so, I'm sure I'll be looking to make other purchases from The Naples Boutique! 😊

Just ordered yesterday and this morning got an email that it was shipped. That is fast. Waiting now to see if I like the dresses when they arrive.

This company is deceptive. Your item is not coming from FL, but from China. I ordered 3 dresses for an upcoming wedding I am attending, and it took 4+ weeks for the items to arrive from China. All dresses fit awkwardly, but more specifically, one had a tear in the outer layer of the sheer fabric, the 2nd was missing the loops for the straps to anchor the bra, and the 3rd had football-shaped breast pads that stuck out weirdly. Poor quality stitching, they give no room for a tailor to adjust the torso. Then the saga of the polite, useless customer service who keep delaying to refund and instead offer 20% or 30% back or I can pay for shipping to maybe be reimbursed in full, but they won't even say reimburse in full. I am on day 12 of back and forth.

I found this wonderful boutique when looking for a formal wedding guest dress. I was so excited to find this beautiful elegant dress. It’s classy, elegant and so girly. I’m so excited to get it and wear it to a formal Texas July wedding! The ordering process was so easy. There were great pictures of the dress on the website. There were so many dresses I was considering, it was difficult to order just one. I will definitely use this as a go to site when needing special occasion dresses or fun clothing.

This company is terrible. If you need to return an item, expect to pay shipping to China. They are not honest on their website.
