My experience with NanoFi has been disappointing. I found their communication practices to be very unprofessional. If you miss a payment, even by a short period, you can expect a flood of emails almost immediately. Instead of working with customers to find a reasonable solution, the constant messages feel excessive and stressful.

I understand lenders need to follow up on missed payments, but the volume and frequency of the emails made me feel more pressured than supported. Better customer service and a more respectful approach to collections would greatly improve the overall experience.

I had a loan with them, They sent me an email to renew and pay the remaining one payment left which i did. Then they denied me and sent me an email saying that i would be approve for me giving them money and then after i repay whatever money they want, they will send me back the money. What kind of a business is this. Very strange and not at all smart. They don't even check with your credit report.

I had some issues come up with my first loan, and they allowed me to lower the biweekly payments, and even after having so many reasons, they renewed me. Just make sure you make your payments on time, and if you have a reason give it to them prior and they’re super understanding

Never use this company EVER. Their policy is to just automatically change chips to anyone whom has pics, which they consider proof, of ownership. So whomever is in physical possession they will change the chip. Regardless, if the dog was reported stolen, was being abused, etc. Makes no difference. Whomever physically has the dog can change the chip. SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A MICROCHIP?

Worst place to get a loan from dont waste ur time they scam and promise u stuff then after u sign ur contract they don't respond terrible company

Applied for a loan, signed my contract on January 13th. I was told the same day that my funds had been sent. It is now January 16th, and I have not seen the funds, and no one at the company is replying to my emails.

It was great and fast service that I received from Nanofi.

If I could choose ZERO STARS I would. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are PREDATORY! MISLEADING! UNTRUSTWORTHY! AND THEIFS!!! They are not even a licensed Pay day Lender. They use the Term "Subscription", not pay day loan. To avoid Consumer Protection Act. They do not supply a contract that is typical under Ontario's Payday Loans Act. DONT TRUST THEM. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. You will PAY PREDATORY fees. You will PAY MORE THEN NEEDED. There is no one to call or talk to. None of there phone numbers are real no agent will answer the phone. They will not email you back if you have ANY problems with them. BUT WILL HARRASS YOU if you owe them money. DONT TRUST THEM. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! These companies need to get no clientele so that there business folds!

Nanofi is reliable fast and payments are great because instead of making a full payment at once they let you pay that fits your budget.

Avoid this company

Quick and easy. I submitted my application, linked my bank via IBV and I had the money in my account within the hour. They start you off with a small amount ($250-$350) but as you pay off on time, then they increase it. Thanks for the help!
