0 Stars. I ordered a coat (around 600€). After reading reviews and seeing that it’s being shipped from china I asked them to cancel the order and if I can refuse the delivery. After not responding to me I decided to refuse the delivery to avoid the return hassle and paying customs for nothing. A month later I still didn’t receive my refund. I contacted them as well as fedex. FedEx let me know the sender wanted it to be destroyed rather than being sent back. The company said they never authorized this. Both companies refuse to refund me. It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting for PayPal to resolve my issue to hopefully get my refund back as the company refuses to cooperate with me. On top of that fed ex sent me customs bill for a package I never received!!!!!

I wish I could give them no stars.. but unfortunately don’t have the option… this business needs to be shut down asap! They are scamming people with their completely false return policy after following all the steps they simple just don’t answer.. classy. Their clothes that were sent to me were unwearable, seams pocking out and with holes!!! Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I wish I read previous reviews before buying as I can see a common theme. Shame on them.

They are committing consumer FRAUD on unsuspecting public. Advertise Lucy Leather Jacket as leather not only on ad but in fabric disclosure. However what they send is cheap black pladtic ! That is false advertising with intention to dupe public or rob you blind . Nana Fraudster Jacqueline has no customer service - just canned auto email reply . Why might that be?
This operation needs to be shut down fast and fined for engaging in consumer FRAUD and exploiting the public !

As many others have stated, this company is fraudulent. I receive a dress that I paid $515 for that was essentially a piece of mesh, seriously cannot imagine it selling for more than $60 anywhere else. I followed all return instructions and have not received a refund. I placed another order while waiting for my refund, hoping this experience was an anomaly, and not received my order at all. I reached out through email and social media to cancel my order in hopes of receiving a refund and got no response. Over a month later, I get a notification that my order has shipped. ???? Unacceptable customer service.

Ordered a dress in November and received an order confirmation, but no updates since then. I tried contacting them through several platforms including an email and social media but their customer service is almost nonexistent. Have not received any communication from them at all and this seems to be a common problem

It has been 2 weeks since I ordered a dress and I've only received one "update" from them, and it was because I claimed the purchase as a missing order in order to file a claim if they didn't respond within 3 days. The "update" wasn't even an update - it was just them saying sorry for the delay but it should be processed soon, even though they already charged my account $500 two weeks before. I ordered through Instagram because I thought it would be safer than ordering directly through the Nana Jacqueline website because of the Purchase Protection Policy. However, it was still very hard to file a claim about the missing order through Instagram as they no longer have the accessible option of just pressing "file a claim" through their app. I've resorted to just disputing the transaction with my bank in hopes that they can help me get my refund back as this was an expensive purchase and Nana Jacqueline's customer service as well as Instagram's was highly unhelpful. If you look at their Instagram account comments, there are numerous reports from other customers claiming the same thing, and Nana Jacqueline will still not respond back with any resolutions.

I made an order but never even received an email confirmation. Luckily I wrote down my order number. It's been weeks and they have not sent it out. If they take weeks to prepare the order and send it out then they should say so on their website FAQ page so we can manage expectations. Also, there is no one replying to customer service emails, I asked a question months ago and no reply.

I sent them an email asking about customs/taxes and sizing and they never replied. It's been weeks since I emailed and they still have not bothered replying. However they don't seem to have any trouble sending plenty of marketing material.
