Namie Home was founded in 2021 by Nat and Jamie in Staffordshire, born out of a simple but powerful idea: beautiful homes deserve better than the generic, plastic soap bottles found in supermarkets. I really like them
I really like them , the design is very nice and classy. The only reason for a 4 star is my shampoo is really difficult to pump out, the conditioner and bed wash are great. Just not shampoo

We are currently working hard to get this item back in stock, and it should hopefully be available again within the next 4–6 weeks. If you’d like to be notified as soon as it’s back, we recommend signing up to our mailing list for updates.
Regarding our labels, they are made from paper but finished with a laminated layer of polypropylene. This means they are waterproof, resistant to staining, and easy to clean, so they won’t be easily damaged with everyday use.

Had my kitchen renovated so chose some new soap dispensers for the sink. Chose frosted glass with a white tray and chrome hardware to match my sink and worktop. Look lovely and work well. Planning to get more as do utility room upgrade.

Kitchen and bathroom dispensers
I received both my wall bracket with soap and hand wash for my bathroom and my white tray with soap, washing and hand cream for my kitchen.
They arrived on time and packed well. They both look lovely in each area.
Loved them that much I have recommended to a friend.

Beautiful bottles
Beautiful bottles, excellent quality – but unexpected customs fees
The bottles are absolutely beautiful — I truly love them.
The design is elegant, the finish is stunning, and the quality feels premium. They look even better in real life and I’m very happy with the product itself.
However, one important downside: after delivery, I received an additional customs/import invoice, and it was not insignificant. This was quite unpleasant and not clearly communicated upfront.
In short:
Product quality: excellent
Design: beautiful
Transparency on customs costs: disappointing
I would recommend the product itself, but customers should be clearly informed in advance about potential customs fees.

Not fit for purpose
The items arrived and I was so pleased with how they looked. The Matt black set pump, bottle with dish tray. But then was soon disappointed, after every use they then leaked out onto my work top. I messaged to get a response that said they got a batch without seals and didn’t send back to manufacturer. So not fit for purpose! I was offered another pump colour but unfortunately none of the others would suit my kitchen.
I asked for a refund, and was sent the refund policy and stating that refunds wouldn’t be issued if items damaged in transit also postage not covered by them. Even though I’ve paid full price for the item with postage and its faulty product, also because it leaks it’s damaged the cork pads on the dish. Not a very good experience with customer service. Why should the customer be out of pocket when selling a faulty product. Not partial refund
