Do not buy from this company, my order was failed to be delivered, they ignore emails and the phone is no longer connected. I eventually got a response from social media, where they claimed they had taken over the company from liquidation, and blamed the courier for not sending my order when clearly the courier had never received the order. Wish I had read similar terrible reviews on Trustpilot before ordering. Absolutely appalling customer service, if I could give it a zero instead of a 1 star I would!

i have been emailing your hello@ email address as waiting for an order. No response and no contact to tell me where my order is (4 weeks late).

I'm a returning customer of The Naked Marshmallow Co, I love the marshmallows, and being on a soft food diet due to medical conditions, they are perfect for me!
Their service is always great, but on this occasion was exceptional. I ordered two of a type of marshmallow then realised it should have been a different one also. I emailed a day or two after the order asking if it could be changed. This was responded to within an hour, so kindly, no problem at all, while they were super busy with the winter sale. It makes all the difference and I will continue to buy from them and recommend them.

Great tasting gourmet marshmallows made with beef gelatine. The texture if firm and satisfying to eat.

Like everyone else, I placed an order on 12th December for multiple Xmas gifts. My order was not dispatched until 17th January (after which time they had been reduced for everyone else to half price!!!!!) No use for Xmas gifts anymore. Total con. I have never been so disappointed that I made the effort to leave a review to warn others before this.

Still waiting for our order placed on 2nd December. Email sent on 20th December stating it has been collected by Evri. It is now the 14th of January and still no delivery. They do not answer phones or reply to emails. Would like a refund.
Will be talking to trading standards. Terrible company

When ordering I understood the shipping will happen in 2-4 days not 2 weeks - perhaps I misunderstood, but it is still unreasonable to wait for items to ship for 2 weeks - this impacted my Christmas gift giving.

I ordered on 4th of December I was hoping to have the marshmallows before Christmas Day but nothing. It’s the 3rd of January now no reply to my emails apart from an automated “Christmas is a busy time” answer. Absolutely shocking! If they can’t handle large orders before Christmas than they should stop taking orders when their max is reached.

Will not be ordering from this company again . I placed my order at the end of November . It is now the 2nd January and still not received anything . There was a reply the first time I chased , saying they would process my order as priority. Never happened . I have sent two more emails since then and no reply whatsoever. I understand they are a small team , but does not look like they can handle busy times , such is Christmas etc .

I can’t give you any higher score as I’m still waiting for my delivery despite numerous emails and paying additional delivery costs. Initial correspondence was good. I understand that Christmas is an exceptionally busy time but I haven’t heard anything from your company.

Placed an order on 29/11/24 and I’m still waiting! I’ve tried calling, emailed and messaged on instagram but no response.
Really disappointed as these were Christmas presents for my children.
Hopefully they will contact me.

Ordered 4th December did not receive before Christmas was not even despatched, was told it had been lost. Terrible company will never use again

Bought some marshmallows as a gift for Christmas at the start of December. Delivery said 5-7 working days. I received confirmation of my order and Royal Mail confirmation that they were awaiting to receive my order. However there was never any update on the tracking. I have emailed many times and received no response. I have no order and no refund and it is January now. Absolutely shocking company not professional at all the worst customer service I have ever come across as it is none existent. Don’t bother ordering and wasting your time and money for something that may never turn up.

Disappointed that I received the wrong pack. Should have checked the package better granted. In touch with them now. Shame as was a christmas present.

Didn’t reply to my email about trying to get my order here in time for Christmas when I offered to pay the extra for postage as my family were over from New Zealand. Disappointed!

My son loves these marshmallows after trying them at an event, so purchased him an advent calendar with toaster as a surprise for December. It arrived very late in November but in time for 1st December, thankfully. It was a 'pre-order' order, so were advised at purchase they'd be dispatched in November.

I placed a 2nd order for their 'classic bundle' of 5 boxes for Christmas gifts on 2nd December. Their website states '6-8 working day delivery', which was plenty time for Christmas.

By 16th December, I hadn't had any Evri update that they'd received my package, no tracking details or dispatch details, so I contacted The Naked Marshmallow to chase this up. I was advised that my order would be prioritised and sent the following day - which it was and items were received just in time for me to wrap and deliver to the recipients.

Customer service was brilliant in sorting but only after I had emailed to find out where my order was, but can't help but feel they'd bitten off more marshmallow than they could chew with Christmas orders.
