I ordered my parcel at the start of December, and it still hasn't arrived. It's been almost 4 weeks. I am very upset as the parcel will not arrive in time for Christmas. It simply takes too long to arrive, if you want this product in time for an event, make sure to order months in advance. After looking at the reviews, it seems others have had similar issues.

If I could score a zero I would. Order placed on 6 December - as of 24 December it’s still not arrived. No proactive communication from the company and no replies to my emails. Absolutely abysmal service. Avoid this company at all costs - they take your money and don’t deliver.

Ordered on the 29th November and hasn’t arrived in time for Christmas!

Over 3 weeks for delivery is unacceptable.

I’ve sent Naked Marshmallow toasting gift’s several times and they are always a big hit!!
The team were fantastic at helping to resolve the delivery issues this year, and I’m looking forward to seeing my nieces faces when they are toasting their Christmas marshmallows!!

I placed an order on 9th December and this it still hasn't been dispatched. No customer services, phone line is inactive and they do not reply to emails. This order was a Christmas eve present for my children and I now have to source a gift elsewhere. Such a shame as I have used this company previously with no issues. I will be seeking a refund.

Order placed on 9th December, estimated delivery within 6-8 working days…should have had it in time for Christmas, we are now on 23rd December and only just been dispatched! Awful service and with there being zero chance of it being delivered tomorrow (Christmas Eve), I’m going to have to go out and buy replacement gifts! Spent a lot with this company, they cannot be relied upon.

Placed an order on 16th December for a festive gift set. Email had been sent explaining that orders placed would be shipped on specific days and received by a certain date, I'm still waiting I sent an email no reply tried calling but it cuts you off. I certainly wouldn't recommend the company especially as the customer service needs improving. Update Christmas eve and no kit one very disappointed daughter.

They lie to you, saying the items are being delivered by Evri, and Evri don’t have them!

They take your money and don’t deliver the goods, then when you try to contact them, they ignore you!

Will be contacting trading standards, and the bank for a refund

Ordered the item on 2nd of December. Tried to contact customer services after 2 weeks passed but the call would get cut off once relevant option was selected. Sent an email to chase delivery and no response was received however an email was received later that day to say the package had been dispatched. 3 weeks later and still not received the package. First time using this company & would not use again. Very poor customer service

Made an order on 5/12 and still not received on 23/12. Very disappointed with the delays and doesn’t seem like it’ll be here for xmas

Placed an order on the 28th of November but still not recieved it. Sent an email to ask where it was on the 14th of December, for them to reply saying my order 'qualifies for prioritisation' and provided tracking info on the 16th. Evri have still not received my order, so to me, they have booked postage and generated a tracking code to make it appear as if they have sent it, when in reality it's still not ready. These items were supposed to be Christmas presents but there's obviously no chance of that happening now.

It's such a shame as I have ordered previously and the product really is great, but I won't be ordering again. It's not worth the stress and upset. Their automated emails are still stating that orders made in December will be arriving in time for Christmas which is just ridiculous.

It would have been preferable if they had emailed to say they couldn't fulfil the order in time for Christmas due to issues/high demand and given me the option to cancel my order or wait (at least I would have been able to make an informed decision), rather than continuing to make false promises and, in my opinion, lie about delivery timescales. The onus should not be on the customer to chase late orders.

No matter the flavour, these marshmallows are by far the best!

I was dissatisfied with my experience. Having made my purchase on 5 December, it wasn’t shipped until the 17th after I raised a complaint. Even then, it wasn’t sent by special deliver and, five days later, Evri are still ‘expecting it’. However, a miracle happened and it rocked up by special delivery at 3pm on Christmas Eve!

Today is 23 of December and I’m still waiting for my order from 29 of November! That’s unbelievable! It was a present for my daughter on Christmas, and now it’s ruined! !!

Order was not dispated within the expected time. Will not arrive in time which is very frustrating as it was a gift.

When asking customer serives they were not helpful.

I still haven't received my parcel, I haven't received conformation of when I will receive my parcel. I ordered in November with plenty of time for Christmas

There was a bit of an issue re how long it took for the items to arrive which they did eventually and I understand as it’s a busy time of the year, their products are excellent, no other marshmallows are like this for size, taste, choice of flavours, product and design of packaging, I can highly recommend them.
