Staff are very prompt and helpful…
Staff are very prompt and helpful through each stage. They send you reminders regular to ensure your application is fully processed,
However the nadra headquarters in Pakistan really need to sort out there services! Which causes alot of people like us and like the nadra centre staff who have been very patient and trying to put through our application ALOT OF stress and headache.
Second time using there service and has been great from start to finish. Thank you for all your hard work!

They are not nadra associations, with fake reviews they are trying to trap.more people. Avoid avoid. I paid upfront but all I recieve is false promises, tomorrow or today or next week and this been happening for over few months. If I had known before I would avoid at any costs the nadra solution is mentioned on nadra pakistan website as fake and fraud,
If dont believe me search it yourself on nadra website and nadra mentions these nadra solution people as fraud and fake,, a warning is placed on nadra pakistan website to make people aware of nadra solutions

no nadra card been 10 months
I am absolutely annoyed with the agents and whole process I have been requesting a nadra card since November 2024 they have taken the money and even the app is saying completed the tracking number doesn't tell me anything. the agents are useless they just ask me random silly question send me a picture of your door and it's coming!
honestly I am thinking this is a scam and I need help how I can get my money back dooes anyone know if I go to the head office and kick off in London if that would help?

I would have appreciated it if they had been clear and told us straight during the first contact that they are not the NADRA office but they are prmium service help and guide us through the application process.
They are not cheap, per application, you will pay £150+,
I know they have all the info clear on their website, i contacted to get the information but they start helping me straight away, and the service was good, i didn't mind paying.
but i could have done the process myself as i started the application well in advance of expiry date and saved myself £200
Basically, they will create PAK ID account for us to apply on our behalf, and they are guiding what documents are needed, how to, what to upload, etc etc.
Applying is simple; but as you know how things are so you would need guidance and they will guide and chase you to provide all the documents needed to complete the process within days, but then usual it can take a few months before you can receive the cards.
They will be available 24/7 to answer your queries.

Hy they done every think but take a to long time and charge a full payment I'll apply for passport and they charge me 200 pound and ask me withen one mount u received it but I'll apply a 23 April and I am still waiting for my pasbord I can not received yet and now they send my passport in Rong address and now they ask me to go in ambasy and collect my self this is totally totally frod take a money and after u contact them they don't reply it's totally ur responsibility to find ur passport look they charge me and now asked me to find ur passport ur self it's totally ford and now I lost my 200 pound and 200 more spend and collect my passport for ambassy
