Great rate on Pro Liability for a self-employed PT but when I called to get a copy of the full Master Policy I was put on hold and waited 10 minutes but never got an answer. Was a 5 Star otherwise.

It was easy to renew my policy, which was very nice. I was a little disappointed that that I had had to add $30 for unlimited additional insureds when I really did not need that.
