Be warned !! Not professional at all.
In December 2022 I contacted MyXBorder customer service about the products I wanted to order. They indicated that because of food items and Ayurvedic medicines were included, they cannot send via regular express shipping, but via the Indian Post. I agreed to that. As soon as the items were received at their warehouse I got clear phots of them.
They sent my goods on December 31 via an unknown courier, but after four weeks of not receiving anything and several contacts in February with MyXborder, it turned out that the shipment was still in India and had not been sent by the courier because of customs. It sounds like they were doing it for the firs time.
They again proposed to ship a part of the goods via express shipping and part via Indian post and because Indian post accepts a maximum of 2 kg, I would receive the goods in three different packages. But they didn’t consult me about what items they would schip through express shipping and what through Indian shipping. Don’t know why they put all the expensive items like necklace and silver pendants though Indian post.
It is now June, after five months, still none of packages that was shipped though Indian posy has arrived. They no longer respond to my messages through WhatsUp. My total loss of 350 euros.
Because I read all good reviews on google I trusted them, so be aware before you do business with them!

This is a goof up done by Indian Post as they mishandled your packages based on all informations we have.
Its disheartening for us to see your 1 star rating here in spite of this not being totally our fault rather a goof up by Indian post (the cheapest option you might have indicated to be used for your shipping which doesn't provide any tracking or insurance).
We tried to get all information we could from Indian post about your packages. They only told us that the packages were dispatched and have not returned back. They are not able to share more details.
We dispatched through Indian post because other shippers dont accept some items or they need more documents (e.g. for artificial jewellery a valuation certificate might be required). Indian post option is the cheapest but they dont provide any tacking hence there is a risk involved which most of the customers accept before sending via Indian post (80% guaranteed delivery). We dont advise customers to use Indian post.
We have been in touch with you and giving you all details at every stages and proof of that is captured in whatsApp live support chat. We raised internal enquiry and necessary actions have been taken.
Our team is fully dedicated to help you with all your queries. This is a mistake by Indian post. As a fact we highlight it in our all messages that Indian post delivery doesn't provide any tracking and it can be delayed by several weeks though it might look very cost effective.
We always encourage customers to ship using our trusted shipping partners however we ship via Indian post if customers wishes to go ahead. Our team informed you before booking through Indian post. We support customers to send via Indian post even though we dont make much profit only to help customers as much we can.
We are considering to stop sending via Indian if this kind of incidents keeps happening.
Many thanks for letting up and we will look in to this further to ensure we have more checks and balances in place. (best is to avoid serving via India post at this stage)

MyXBorder Commendable Service
MyXBorder is rather good. Being UK based, at last I can purchase products from India on websites such as Amazon.in and Flipkart. I currently have 5 assisted orders at various stages, one of which I received and was very happy with. Shipping time from India to the UK was only about 1 week which was exceptional.
