Exceptional Fitness Experience

My fitness experience with Aimee has been exceptional. Her workouts are challenging, well-structured, and always purposeful. She pays close attention to form and technique, and she consistently incorporates strong core work into every session. I’ve become stronger, more confident, and more disciplined because of her coaching. She truly cares about her clients’ progress and knows exactly how to push you to get results. Highly recommend!

Aimee, an inspiring and professional trainer

I’ve been training with Aimee for about a year now, with one session per week, and it has been an amazing experience. Even though I’m based in France and we’re about six hours apart, we always manage to find a time that works perfectly for both of us.
Aimee prepares each session thoroughly. The workouts are definitely challenging, but they’re also fun and motivating. She constantly introduces new exercises and tailors each session to my daily needs and how I’m feeling, which makes every class feel personal and effective.
I highly recommend Aimee: she is both incredibly friendly and a true professional who delivers real results.

I've been training with Shashi for 3…

I've been training with Shashi for 3 years now and I can't recommend her enough! She tailors the workouts to my goals and will modify them based on any injuries I may have. She asks for feedback and strives to push me to give it my all. She has such a positive, fun energy, which makes the workouts fly by. She's a very responsible and reliable trainer who is always on time, which makes it easy for me to 'set and forget' the workouts. I've dealt with previous trainers who weren't as reliable, which led to missed workouts and a disrupted schedule. If you're looking for a trainer who has a well-rounded base of fitness expertise, including weights, cardio, balancing and stretching, plus a fun, energetic personality to make the workouts enjoyable, then Shashi is the trainer for you.

Shashi

Shashi - my training with Shashi all these while have been amazing. Other than being having tonnes of knowledge that she will share in the fitness field, she’s also very flexible in her training when needed to adapt into situations. I had a wrist injury and she adjusted the training sessions to ensure that each session remains as effective whilst keeping the weight away from the wrist. She’s very professional as well and she’s able to access precisely what will work well with your fitness requirements. I definitely recommend her if you need a trustworthy fitness trainer

Absolutely amazing experience

Mywowfit experience has been great from day 1. I've been working with Shashi for almost 2 years. The experience has exceeded my expectations. Shashi is knowledgeable and motivating. She offers helpful feedback or modifications when needed.
Training with Shashi virtually is very convenient. I can train anywhere and still get guidance. I've seen real progress in my strength and energy. This has been a game changer for my fitness journey.

Shashi Samarasin

Working with Shashi Samarasinghe through Mywowfit has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. She is incredibly thorough and pays close attention to form, which makes every workout both effective and safe. Her expertise in injury prevention and treatment has been invaluable, especially when I’m dealing with old injuries. She has a perfect balance of kindness and motivation—she’s supportive when I need it, but she also pushes me to reach my full potential. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Motivational exercises

I have been with Wow Fit for 3 years now. I have been unwell and had to start and stop my training several times. My experience with Sashi was the best. I have found that she can adapt around my illness and restrictions but plan exercises that are still motivating and tough such that I manage to loose weight. It was my daughter’ wedding in September and with Sashi’ help and good diet, I managed to loose weight.

Me as individual I have improved a lot and that doesn’t mean the work stop we continue to be better day by day.

Mywowfit

This has changed many people's life,the way they train,eat and also sleeping parton....it has helped them in so many ways...also seen a huge difference from the kids she's training at school,she took them from -0% to 99%....the confidence as well 👏!!!
Most of athletes she works with always bring medals 🏅 home and are selected to represent Gauteng...GREAT COACH

Excelente rendimiento y vitalidad! Inicié mis prácticas con un profesional para recuperar mi vitalidad, energía y aumentar mi fuerza (que creía nula). Rating My Wow Fit under Natasha.

I have been training with my WowFit under the guidance of Natasha Felix for sometime now and the results are showing. Her background in UltraMarathon training and coaching came in handy. I would recommend her training to others who want to see good resuslts.

I want to thank my trainer Natasha from MyWowfit for the amazing support and guidance at the Virgin Active gym Glenvista. When I first started, I was struggling with back pain and low strength. Through her carefully planned workouts, focus on correct form, and constant encouragement, my back pain has improved tremendously and I’ve gained overall strength and confidence. She pays close attention to detail and always makes sure the exercises are safe and effective for my needs. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and dedication.She’s made a big difference in my fitness journey. Highly recommended!

Training with Sebastian was the best…

Training with Sebastian was the best decision I made! He’s a great professional, always supportive and motivating. Using the Mywowfit app makes everything more easier and more enjoyable. My workout have improved a lot. I totally recommend it!
