My customer service experience has also been excellent. Recently I have been working with Jorge and he has assisted me greatly in dealing with a damaged device.

I purchased the watches for my 9yrs old son and 7yrs old daughter for last Christmas. It was a big hit! They wear them all the time, to school, to after school activities and to playdates. They now have ways to communicate with me and do a video call and even takes photos with their friends. The best part is that I can control their access by setting up "Do not Disturb" during their school hours! Highly recommend!

We have three school age children and each has a watch. They are extremely helpful with communicating with them. As well as the communicate with each other. During school hours we have it set for them not to use.

Today, I had to order a replacement wristband due to my son being adventurous. When ordering the replacement I had several questions. Each question was answer. Also customer service is very responsive and polite.

My experience was amazing because it was such a seamless process. We are repeat buyers as my little one had the TickTalk 4. The band cane off and we were unable to replace the band.
