Love this company and the product. I find this better than the GPS ones as a lot smaller in the collar with less chance of getting caught in something an coming off. I've been using these for 7 years so highly recommend. Great customer service and tracked delivery. Thank you.

Commande de quasiment 270 euros passée le 4 mai, toujours rien reçu le 19 mai, et aucun suivi de livraison. Service client qui ne fourni aucune information, ça sent l'arnaque !

Very impressed how small unit is on my cats...they don't even notice it.
Used it twice to see where they are, great to know which direction they are in.

I'm surprised at how genuinely useful these locators are. With our new kittens just getting used to being out, it's been helpful to be able to find them before they get shut out for the night. A little walk up and down the street, and the James Bond style device tells me which way and how far to go before I find them (hiding uner awning/in plants/on shed roof). The device fits well on a collar, and they don't seem at all fussed by its presence.

The order were quickly handled by the shop. Customs in Norway though- no quick by their handling. Very pleased with the product -Tabcat Cat Tracker V2- wish for retailers in Norway because we have to order new sets after a time, because of cats losing their collar but would not be without. A couple of days ago we were able to save our cat out from was a parked vehicle which was unlocked soo we were able to get her. We also saved our other cat from a closed garage.
A great product - but we hope for some improvement because remote is easy to damage when doing a battery change

We've used it a few times when our cat has stayed out longer than usual, and each time we managed to locate her both easily and accurately. Excellent device; well thought-out. Works extremely well!

Works really well. Easy to use and easy to find cats and when one of them lost her collar it was easy to find it in the bushes.

Utter Junk don't waste your money. Cat goes over fence and is out of range maybe 10 metes at best. Tried the other one but same issue. Emailed for assistance never even got a response. Don't waste your money

Love how light it is and when we press he comes running home every time

£10 (plus £4 shipping) seems expensive for a couple of very small replacement silicon cases. However, they are the only items which will fit our existing TabCat discs, so we decided to purchase.

There are two versions - and they shipped the wrong one. Trying to get the correct replacement shipped then took about two weeks, and involved far too much e-mailing. They required photographs of the items they had sent to verify it was their error. Then I heard nothing for a while so I had to chase again, and again. Eventually they did ship the correct part.

Clearly reading a dispatch note and placing the correct item in a jiffy bag is more complicated than I had thought.

It works brilliantly! Both cats can be found easily. I really appreciate this product. Set up was easy, it's all intuitive and it came quickly. Thanks a lot!!!

Product OK - worked for about six months - then an issue - no customer service response at all from the email help area - no reply to the query form sent. I had instant contact from the US side of the business - nothing from the UK - telephone number listed does not work either.

I've been buying from tabcat for pass 10 years, thank god this exist as it's helped me locate my cat a number of times! THANK YOU MYTABCAT for this product!!!

This product is easy to use and to train your cat to come home when you use it. Its been particularly useful on dark winter evenings. I was really pleased to find a product that didn't need a WiFI signal as its not good in this area and I also didn't want an on going subscription.

The great thing about Mytabcat is that it functions independently of any mobile phone network.
We did a lot of research before deciding on our purchase, and we haven't been disappointed.
