We are here to serve you! We sell Varilight Products mainly due to the high quality, low returns rate and 35+ colour ranges that are desirable for any house, flat or commercial property. We offer Data and Power Grid in the majority of Varilight ranges creating bespoke items, plus Varilight's new range The Matrix, a self-assembly product which allows customers to choose face plates and separate dimming and switching modules, this helps to minimize wastage. We have a dedicated Tech & Sales Team, to answer all questions promptly, and as we are located on the same site as Varilight Headquarters, have a direct line to all the departments at Varilight. We receive 3 orders from Varilight daily, so we can maximise on how much we can dispatch each day, and this is delivered to us on foot (and trolley!) to greatly reduce Carbon Footprints. Bespoke products are available on request, please email us if you require this. Any products that are out of stock, are assembled daily for us, so we can make sure orders placed before Midday on weekdays are despatched the same day. In addition to Varilight we also offer accessories we feel are needed, such as, Downlights, LEDs and Wall Boxes. Also in the Family of Products, are our Wood Ranges, these may take a little longer to send as they are hand made, but are made consciously and in respect with the FSC Association. We send out our products fast and efficiently, in packaging that are made from recycled materials only, and that are totally compostable, making a global alliance with Mother Nature. Great order updates from Alex, thank you

I had such a great experience with myswitchshop.com. I ordered some engraved Varilight switches that were custom-manufactured.

Alex kept me up to date with progress reports via email when each item was in stock. They shipped them the same day it was received from the supplier - which arrived within 24 hours.

I can't recommend them highly enough!

Great products at good price, on-time delivery by delivery company who cares and above all good customer service should you change your order or like me order the part in the wrong finish. All sorted very quickly and no fuss. 10 out of 10 from me.

Outstanding customer service from Alex

Outstanding customer service from Alex. So glad i came across them on a Google search. The fact they have a live chat, to a real person is life saving, yes, really life saving :-). Makes purchasing so much easier and quicker. Alex helped me purchase the correct LED dimmers for the correct LED lightbulb wattage. I had no idea remote dimmer switches even existed. Ended up purchasing 3 remote dimmers plus 3 remotes. Highly recommend. And thank you Alex, you are an asset to the company.

I was ordering a replacement light bulb…of a type I

I was ordering a replacement light bulb of a type I hadn’t needed before. I managed to get details from the old bulb -about 4 lines. Came across your website whilst trying to match my details with bulbs available, nothing quite fitted. Decided to use live chat and got a swift and accurate response. Have installed new bulb. Bingo!
