From our very first meeting with My Power, Dan was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question we had, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Their quote wasn't the cheapest we received, but we quickly realised that price isn't everything. Dan's knowledge, professionalism, and the way he presented the projected cost savings and CO₂ reductions gave us complete confidence that we were making the right decision. We also chose to go with SolarEdge, and we're so pleased we did.

Our installation wasn't completely straightforward as we needed additional work, including mounting rails and coordinating with other contractors. Dan went above and beyond, happily liaising with everyone involved to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of service made a huge difference and took a lot of the stress away from us.

The installation happened during the heatwave, but the team adapted brilliantly by starting earlier in the morning and finishing earlier to work safely in the extreme temperatures. They were incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions while they were on site. The quality of the installation is excellent.

The aftercare has been just as impressive. I've contacted Dan a few times with questions about setting up our export data, and every time he's responded almost immediately with helpful advice. It's reassuring to know the support doesn't stop once the panels are installed.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the initial consultation through to installation and aftercare, the service from My Power has been exceptional. If you're considering solar, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Paying a little more for genuine expertise, outstanding customer service, and complete peace of mind has been worth every penny. We absolutely made the right choice.

Costings and projected savings have been pretty accurate even in this uncertain market. My Power sorted all the dealings with Electric supplier and the fitting went well with no loss of trading. We have had our system installed by MyPower for a year now. Right from 1st contact MyPower were professional and helpful. Several team meetings were made to agree the system that suited our needs. They listened to our input at all times, probably quoted about 5 different systems before we were satisfied. The system was competitive, beating several companies that we had approached. They were extremely helpful with getting grid permissions and putting us in touch with contacts fro exporting power. The fact they have their own installation team made everything seamless. Only a couple of weeks late on installation due to delays on a previous job, but their work was both safe and efficient with great communication. A year on we have had no problems with the system and the software interface works well. The system is performing as advertised and we have saved over £34K. Happy to recommend these guys to anyone.
