INCREDIBLE ARTISTRY!!!
I special ordered a look alike plushie as a gift for a prominent social media vocal coach who is known for her beautiful bandanas and colorful outfits. I wanted to make sure the result was complimentary in every way. We discussed minute details over the course of several emails and I was given many options for fabric textures and colors.
The image I provided as the reference for the plushie was not a small ask. It was a picture memorializing a very special moment in my family's life. She happened to be wearing a very complex outfit that day from her handmade customized t-shirt to her multi-colored sneakers. TBH, I hoped MyPlushBuddy would just be just be able to approximate the likeness. I would have been happy with that.

It took quite a while but I finally received the package. When I opened it I was STUNNED!!! It was PURE MAGIC!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes. Perfect replication!! And even a few artistic edits that were beyond enchanting.

When I tell you they managed to create tiny pastel Rubik's cube plush earrings and multi-colored Air Force Ones!!!!

While I started out with a very poor review score, which I updated periodically, the company bounced back and earned my 5 star rating. The quality of product far exceeds my expectations. Communications in the end was satisfactory. They missed the deadline for delivery and I thought I was being ripped off. Within 2 weeks following the deadline I was updated, and shortly thereafter received delivery. I was given a 2nd replica which was slightly off from the pics, but still nice.

They are not a scam, if you show some extra patience you will be rewarded in the end. I’d buy again if need arose.

Ordered June 14, ETA Delivery July 18, July 21 provided 3D sketch, said mapping done and pattern complete.

I have contacted them multiple different ways (Telephone call, Facebook, WhatsApp, Contact US, Chat over 12 times. Usually get an automated reply stating that someone will get back ASAP. I had high hopes, regardless of the internet searches stating slow to respond & delayed delivery, thought I'd give them a chance. Try WhatsApp for status update after 6 weeks.

The initial order process was fast, took money ASAP. 3 days after order got an email for color matching approval, hopes were high. There was no link or way to approve, so notified them via email, chat and Contact Us link to approve of their selections.

Fantastic, responsive and creative company. I had 2 dolls made. One representing myself and one representing my husband. I sent photos and they followed them exactly. Excellent craftsmanship. I also added the recorded message for both dolls. This was an important project for me. My husband has an incurable lung disease. We both will have a very special memory.

It's a scam.
Once you paid,they disappeared. Item never arrived and they stopped replying. If you look at their website they have tons of 5 Star reviews but you're not allowed to write one. Check alternative website that review them and it's bad. Still waiting for my refund... yeah sure, mfs!

It took a while, but I eventually got mine! The team did an amazing job translating the 2D reference to plush form with their great attention to detail! It's materials are very nice and soft too!

I recommend them, but do know that the delivery time will be much longer than what the estimate says. Also, the best way to contact them is through their Whatsapp - as their development tracker will not update, nor will you receive emails beyond color mapping approval until your plush is complete.

The final product was amazing. I just wish the shipping estimate erred more on the side of caution. Customer service was good, but slow.

Their tracker didn’t work as planned and the product took a couple months to make and receive, but it’s 1000% an awesome product. I had two plush buddies made and both looked amazingly like the photos uploaded. I’m very happy. Just don’t order trying to get by a specific date. I think it was just over two months. Very happy with plushies though

We ordered a custom plush from MyPlushBuddy
based on the a character from my daughter’s favorite books, and honestly, the result was even better than we hoped for.

The plush looks amazingly close to the original character while still feeling like a real, high-quality stuffed animal. They captured all the little details perfectly — the colors, the expression, everything. You can really tell that a lot of care and craftsmanship went into making it.

The best part was seeing my daughter’s reaction when she opened it. She immediately recognized it and completely fell in love with it. Since then, the Einschwein basically goes everywhere with her. Its now part of the family :) And since that day, we have a not hanging on our front door, saying the day it arrived is the most lucky day of her life :)
So you surely made one little girl super super happy with your work.

The quality is also excellent: very soft, beautifully made, great cloth, matching colors and it truly feels personal and special.

Communication throughout the process was friendly and professional as well, and the whole experience felt very thoughtful from start to finish.

I genuinely can recommend MyPlushBuddy, if you want to turn a beloved character or drawing into something real. Such a unique and meaningful gift.

I really like the plushie and the details were perfect it took a while but it’s worth it

With a busy shop as Plush Buddy, the customer service isn't as fast as other places but they make up for it with their insanely good quality plushies. I have ordered 3 times from them for my special character that I love having made into plushies and they delivered on it exponentially each time, especially with my latest 5 foot plushie. Plush Buddy listens to what you want and your critique in the final stage and are willing to do changes.
They are great and have wonderful embroiderers and sewers.

Took almost 6 months for them to send something that was sewed wrong and failed to respond again in a timely manner. The quality is great but missing 3 deadlines with poor communicatio just to send me part that was sewed wrong, I simply can't recommend them and wish that I could.

They did an excellent job on my plush buddy. Very high quality! Love that the different articles of clothing - hat, t- shirt, and sandals- on the doll can actually be removed. Really well done! Would definitely recommend.

Ordered 1/22/26 and received item 4/18/26. The item exceeded my expectations. The one drawback was the inconsistent communication and follow ups, but now that I know what to expect and the item is legit, I would 100% order again.
Now I have one very happy kid. His daddy passed away a few years ago, and he misses him terribly. Now, he has his daddy with him always.

All the plushes they've made for me so far have been absolutely wonderful, not to mention as adorable as I had hoped! Definitely will be buying from them again, and the craftsmanship is incredible. They do a wonderful job and I'm grateful to have found them!

On December 7th 2025, my girlfriend and I ordered a custom plush from them. On New Year's Eve, they then sent me an email detailing how they sent a OneDrive file with images showing what colored fabric they would use for specific parts of the image I provided for them to make into a plush. In the same email, they stated that I needed to give them permission in order for them to continue and start producing the order. Since there is no way to add a comment in the OneDrive file, I replied to the email they sent and gave them permission. On their website, they have a customer service message, so I even sent them a message there. I did this two separate times: One on the same day I received the email, and then another at a later time - sometime in early 2026. On January 9th, I then decided to send them a separate email giving them permission to proceed with the order, because when I looked at the status of my order it was still saying the order was only received despite me giving permission to proceed with the order multiple times. Plus the estimated delivery date on the site was January 19th, which was only ten days away. So, it was clear they somehow did not receive any of my multiple messages to them via customer service chats and email. After this, I decided to wait, because I thought that maybe they received my messages and were just working on my order. Plus it was only ten days away from supposedly being delivered. However, it eventually became January 19th, and no order arrived. So on January 20th, with the ETA still being listed as January 19th on the website’s tracker, I gave their customer service number a call some time in the afternoon. The person on the other end was a male. I asked if it were the customer service number for My Plush Buddy, to which the guy confirmed. I then and verbally gave him approval for the color mapping on my order since I never got any confirmation that they received my approval, despite the multiple messages and emails I sent doing so. The guy on the phone told me that it was in fact approved and that he was going to send a preview of the plush since it was “in his bag”. He then told me that I would get a preview of the plush the next day at the same time. I never received and update from him. So a few days later, I tried calling them again on January 26th. No one picked up and I was met with a voicemail. So a few days later on January 28th, I tried again. I was once again met with a voicemail. On the same day, I then went to their Instagram and DM’d them. Two days later, on January 30th, they responded to me and told me they would back with the latest update, and that they will pace it to be completed in the next two or three days. Six days later on February 5th, I still did not receive the self described “latest update” from them, so I went to Instagram to message them again. Sometime after I sent that, they just opened my message and chose not to respond. I eventually discovered this five days later on February 11th, as I looked in my Direct Messages to see if they saw my message or anything, to which like I stated, they in fact did see it, (as evident by the "read" receipt shown on Instagram if someone opens their Direct Messages with you,) but chose not to say anything back. That same day, I then texted them again and called them out for just leaving me on read, and stated that if they can’t complete my order then I just wanted a refund since it was almost a month since my order was supposed to arrive at the time I sent that message. That was the last message I sent to them, and they didn’t even open that one, and they still haven’t provided any sort of communication or updates. To this day, on their site it still says that the order has only been processed, and that the ETA is January 19th, despite that being almost three months ago. My girlfriend and I eventually got a refund. But we only got it because we filed a complaint to her bank and provided them with evidence relating to the claims in this review - not because the company decided to be competent and actually do their job. Do not buy from this company. They are incompetent, and basically scammers with a verified Instagram account. This is the only review I have ever left for a company due to how much this pissed me off, and I do not want them getting away with this sort of behavior.

Prospective buyers beware: Their communication is non-existent once they have your money. Unless they can provide a guaranteed delivery date and a partial refund for this significant delay, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I placed my order on December 28th with a promised delivery date of February 2nd. We are now well past that deadline, and the level of service has been abysmal.
​Despite an initial email on January 6th regarding color mapping—which I responded to immediately—the company completely ghosted me for over a month. My multiple follow-up emails went ignored, and their "Order Tracker" has been stuck on "Processed" since the day I paid, providing zero real-time updates.
​Only after I began applying pressure did I receive a generic, one-sentence email claiming the item is "in production," with no explanation for the delay and no updated shipping timeline. This is not how you treat customers, especially for a "custom" service that relies on collaboration.

UPDATE: March 16, 2026 — Empty Promises and Continued Ghosting
It has been 78 days since I placed my order on December 28th: ​ 42 days (6 weeks) past my original promised delivery date of February 2nd.
​It has been 17 days since Vikram promised a 25% refund and then went silent.

​Following my initial review, a representative named Vikram reached out on February 27th. He acknowledged the "significant delays" and explicitly offered a 25% partial refund to address my concerns, asking for my PayPal ID to process it.
​I provided the information immediately. Since then: Radio silence.
​Zero Refund: Despite the written promise, no funds have been sent.
​Zero Product: My order is now over six weeks past the original deadline with no shipping update.
​Deceptive Tactics: It is now clear that the refund offer was a disingenuous attempt to placate me rather than a legitimate resolution.
​This company is not just experiencing "delays"; they are actively making financial commitments they do not fulfill. My recommendation stands: Stay away.

Do not buy from this company, it is a scam. I bought on 12/24/25 and I have been trying to contact them for a month, but without success.
you are supposed to receive the product in 10 days but according to the link you have not EVEN started making it, and you are supposed to notify me of technical details which never happened !!

Second time ordering from these guys - and I can confirm that the plush is worth the money.. if not more. I’d initially seen you guys through friends who had also bought their own oc based plushies and decided to give it a go, and MAN. The turnaround time for the speedy-plush making is also really good, the delivery was on point considering the tight schedule I was on for Christmas lol. Currently awaiting my third plush and cannot wait to order more in the future!
