DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - the prices look good and when I checked reviews, I got mixed-up with another company of a similar name (my mistake), so if you do the same, then this shop can seem great. BUT my order never arrived, I don't think it was even real tbh. I got a million excuses - delayed in transit, customer services is unavailable, delayed because 'we're a small company and have lots of orders', warehouse is having trouble printing the shipping label, then a heads up that there might be 'clearance costs' to pay, so the price ISNT so great after all. One month after it was meant to be shipped, but it was still in Dubai "awaiting collection". After countless emails asking for any update and my endless patience, I cancelled this order via my bank and got a refund, THEN got contacted by My Perfume Shop saying "we noticed you cancelled, can you please ask your bank to undo that?". Ahhh nope, you appear to be scammers and I regret that I didn't do my research properly and see this Trustpilot thread earlier. Do better, people of My Perfume Shop

They have good products for purchase.

Issue is their delivery process:

Whichever courier service or delivery system My Perfume Shop has is not worth the hassle of making a purchase.

Further to making payment at check out, at a later stage, I was informed that there are additional delivery charges. I assume because it is international order?

I would not have a problem paying these extra charges initially when I made purchase at checkout and make one full payment.

My patience was over when I saw that the product was stuck at a depot in Dubai for a week or so. This is on top of prior waiting period for about 3-4 weeks already.

I had to liaise wit MyPerfumeShop with emails back and forth for some time which in my opinion is too much work just for a perfume purchase.

I then requested a refund which you would expect is a straight forward process. This is not a simple process either.

I have a very long email chain as proof which in my opinion is too much work just for perfume purchase.

IF YOU HAVE A DELAY from My Perfume Shop, expect to have a VERY LOONG WAIT!

This is a scam. You will never get the product

Do not go near this company.Please do not pay them any money. You will no get what you ordered and you will not get your money back.
Enough said-I’ve lost £200 to them and know that they have just taken that money with moment intention of delivering the product ordered.

Terrible.
The order was constantly being delayed. I waited around 6 weeks for it to shipped. It was only finally shipped when I asked for a refund. It has still not arrived. I will not be using this company again and I suggest others give it a miss.

I have asked to cancel and refund my order only for them to reject the request and say they are sending the purchased items. Saying they received my email to late, not the case, the total time will far exceed what anybody would deem acceptable once they arrive. I have had to purchase other items for the birthday. Do t be put out of pocket by this scam company like me, I would wholeheartedly tell everybody to avoid this site!

Be careful, this is not the review site myperfume.shop, it's for myperfumeshop.co.uk, with the former being legitimate and the latter an absolute scam.
They send you these reassuring messages and claim that the delays are caused by your product being a "preorder". They even send you fake tracking with Aramex.
Thankfully I managed to recuperate my money as I paid with a credit card.

I paid quite a hefty amount for a perfume, £110 or $225 in Australian Dollars and waited 1 month and it arrived broken. Then I spent another 3 weeks of sending daily emails asking for an update, for them to turn around and say that they can give me 15% of the amount of the product in store credit. Beware as these people rob you of your money and send you broken perfume.

I ordered a men's fragrance that I found difficult to buy anywhere else. The initial responses all seemed good with updates on delivery etc.
The latest delivery promise went and I tried to chase up on the email address from their delivery emails to me.
Each time I had a server message saying the email address was not in use.
It is now several weeks since I ordered this product and all I can conclude is that this is an elaberate scam .

Scam website - they use policies that are illegal.

This website is really terrible - they use illegal policies and try to hide behind small print and awful customer service. I will never use this website again and would warn anyone to be extremely cautious before buying.

They refused to allow me to cancel my order, which I tried to do within 24 hours. They emailed me suggesting that I could return the item and get a refund. The order took 4 weeks to arrive. I have received the order and attempted to start the return process. they have told me that the item isn’t eligible for refund because it was ‘on sale’. It is illegal in the UK not to allow customers to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery.

I ordered a perfume on 20 July as a present, without realising that it was a ‘pre-order’ that had an estimated delivery date of 31 July. I tried to cancel the order the same day, but they refused to cancel it. They emailed me about their refunds policy, suggesting that I could return it and get a refund. But then they refused to accept my refund request because the item was ‘on sale’.

They also make it very difficult to make contact with their customer services.

I had a terrible experience with My Perfume Shop. I placed an order for a fragrance on August 1st, and after more than three weeks I still hadn’t received it. The estimated delivery date was supposed to be August 16th, but the order kept getting delayed with vague excuses about supplier shortages. Even after August 21st, I had no clear updates.

Update: they scammed me and made me pay extra 50£ for the tax and delivery to get my order that I got 20 days late
