I never ever leave reviews, but this is my 3rd review I’ve left MyoMaster! This company is hands down the best customer service I have ever received, any problems I have had have been rectified with an extremely fair solution. My latest problem was that my MyoOzone wasn’t working, after sending a short video I was quickly sent a replacement, (Micah was who I was taking to so a special shout out to him).

Great product, great service
We bought their ice bath, with their chiller and ozone cleaner last summer.
It is a great piece of kit. Blood pressure for both me and my wife (we’re in our mid 50’s) has fallen by 10 after 6 months of regular use and the post dip rush is awesome!
Also, their customer service is great. We had a small problem with the ozone cleaner and they sorted so quickly and so professionally.
They are great.

I’ve only ever had positive experiences with this company, and this latest interaction was excellent. Marion handled the situation with real compassion, discretion and efficiency from start to finish. Communication was clear, supportive and professional throughout.
It’s rare to encounter customer service of this standard — highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service from Micah 10/10 experience
Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Micah has been exceptional with his customer service responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.
Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. It’s rare to deal with someone who actually goes above and beyond, but Micah really did.
I absolutely love my sauna and cold plunge the quality is spot on and it’s become part of my daily routine already.
Couldn’t recommend Micah and the team highly enough. First class service and an incredible product

Excellent customer service
I haven’t had a chance to use the tub yet but have experienced MyoMaster’s excellent customer service. I had a small problem with my tub which customer services (thank you Grace) resolved very quickly and with no fuss. For me, having confidence in the after sales service is important and MyoMaster has shown that to be a strength.

Contacted Myomaster for replacement part
Contacted Myomaster regarding buying a replacement hose for my Myozone cleaner.
Got a reply from Micah with an hour. They looked at my orders, tracked when I bought it originally and gave me the good news that it would be replaced under the 2 year warranty, I thought it was only 1 year.
After confirming the shipping address and asking me to send a couple of photos for reference, I was told the replacement would be sent out.
About an hour later, I got a confirmation email to say it had shipped.
Amazing customer service. Thank you Micah and the Myomaster team.

Unresolved Cancellation
I placed my order on 1 January. The website suggested a much shorter delivery timeframe, however I was never contacted to inform me of any delays. I had to email the company myself each time just to receive an update.
Because there was no clear delivery date and no communication unless I reached out first, I requested cancellation and a refund on 14 January. The cancellation was acknowledged, but I never received confirmation that the refund had been processed. Instead, only after requesting cancellation did I begin receiving emails offering delivery dates and incentives to proceed.
Although the company confirmed by email that they understood and would arrange the refund, I was repeatedly told they would “check with support” and come back to me, which never happened. With no confirmation and weeks passing without resolution, I eventually raised a dispute with my payment provider.
The company later stated they had accepted the chargeback, however as of 10 February I still have not received my refund, and my bank has confirmed that the dispute has not been responded to.
I would not be leaving this review if the refund had simply been processed when requested. I should not have had to involve my bank to resolve this.
Had I known the delivery would be delayed like this, I would not have placed the order. Very frustrating experience and disappointing communication throughout.

Brand New MyoChill Unit does not work
Purchased a brand new MyoChill ice bath chiller, set it up exactly according to the instructions, and it does not work.
The unit powers on, makes a noise but nothing else, the display just read zero's and is not lit up - this makes the product completely unusable for its intended purpose.
I carefully followed the manual, verified proper electrical connection, correct water levels, and adequate ventilation. This is not user error—the unit appears to be defective straight out of the box.
I contacted MyoChill customer support immediately and have now received no response for 4 days. For a product in this price range, both the product failure and the lack of customer support are unacceptable.
At this point, I cannot recommend MyoChill. Buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be left without support or resolution

Ive had the Myo Freeze and chiller for 2 years.
Ive had the Myo Freeze and chiller for nearly 2 years. Use it every day, set at 0.5C. But it does all depend on the air temperature as to whether it gets down to 0.5C. For example, air temperature today is 8C and the chiller is at 2C.
Use it every day and find it to be an outstanding bit of kit for such a great price.

I had an issue with a incorrect order…
I had an issue with a incorrect order on my part. Sent email and was resolved within a few hours by Micah, so thankful for that.
Have had Myomaster chiller coming up for nearly 2 years. I had competitor previously and had nothing but issues with blocked pipes. This is far more reliable and been hassle free. I do put 4x4kg ice bags in as I like to get temp down very low and as weather gets warmer, I feel this keeps temps lower as well. (not low as in winter as I do 0.5-1 degrees, in for 6min 30secs)

Air leg compressions
I bought a leg air compression set up from Myomaster and it really does help. Came with a years guarantee / warranty and the compression box broke and without hesitation it has been replaced. Took a long time for the new one to come due to importation and a mistake (approximately 2 months) however take the delay out of it and Myomasters stance on honouring the guarantee and warranty is an example for others to follow. Take the delay out of it would be 5/5 for sure. Marion there has been brilliant in helping resolve for me and deserves a special mention.

I ordered the Sauna Classic and paid…
I ordered the Sauna Classic and paid the additional cost for the installation service. The "install" team were the two delivery drivers who openly shared that they had never installed this product before. Once they had completed the works and stated all that was left was for me to get the electrician to come and do a final connection. My electrician came and did the main connection to the sauna heater but couldn't do the lights the wiring made available for him was not correct.
Upon removing the roof, the "installers" had pulled wires and and put them side (to make it look like there wasn't anything left unconnected). The heat guard was not installed (I was told these were back and head rests), the door is wonky and leaves an air gap (loses heat). Part of the vent slot has fallen off.
I can't determine if some, if not all, of the issues are in relation to a really poor installation or if it down to the product materials itself (or a mixture of both).
I've sent photos and videos as per MyoMaster request but all I get in reply is "this is being looked into". I've flagged several times, its clear what needs to be done, someone with experience needs to be sent out to rectify but I get the same generic reply each time "being looked into and awaiting a response / advice.
Only positive is, the heater works.
Further issues now found
- External walls have started to bend / bow (all 3 sides)

Great product, super quick delivery and brilliant customer service. We ordered one of the bundles to come with the ice bath and one of the products was missing. I had a reply within 24hrs from Rachelle and this was over a weekend and the missing piece was sent out asap. Highly recommend
