Not worth the money. Don’t buy it.
OK, so I purchased the Myoglow Pro because it has seven light features rather than the four or five that the regular Myoglow had. It was also made so you could use it on your face and body not just your neck and arms. The first one I received on September 9 the white light was not working so the representative sent me another one. I received that on September 22. That one stopped vibrating within three days. So my beauty rep sent me a third device which I received on October 3. That device gave me shocking sensations when holding it in the blue light mode. So she said she’s going to send me another one. While I was able to use the first device consistently for these last three weeks while the other two devices were coming in the mail. I’m still not happy. I told her I want my money back because the product was not working. I have no faith in a FOURTH device. So I spoke with a manager October 6. He said the fourth device was already on the way, no money back guarantee, it was satisfaction guaranteed. What does that mean? I am not satisfied, this device did not work. It didn’t tighten my skin. It did nothing for my arms. So he’s giving me $100 store credit. Big deal, I want my money back. I’ve had these three devices for three weeks. None of them worked properly . What am I gonna do with $100 store credit? I don’t want any of their products they don’t work. I don’t trust them and if you’re not gonna give your money back then how do you satisfy someone who’s not satisfied? Well, customer service was really great. Their product sucks. No guarantees just lip service.
