Easy to use with excellent features

I was part of a team tasked with finding an ERP solution. We evaluated several and picked Kechie. It was easy to use and had some very cool features. We were using a lot of manual processes and Excel and Kechie had eliminated all that manual work.

They assigned a team to work with us for onboarding which was very helpful. The trainings were weekly all recorded and sent to us, which made the transition much easier. Overall a great experience.

*con: They aren't done with multicurrency yet, which we know is important for many businesses.

I love the portal

I love the portal. It just takes orders, puts it into the system, and tells my shipping people. It's actually cut our work in half. We were fielding calls and emails and punching in orders by hand and then filling out an invoice. Now it just does it automatically. And it does the shipping. Just incredible.

Con: I wish there were more dashboards. And I wish we could move modules around, or have like a frequent modules tab. Something similar to how Microsoft's file explorer suggests recent/frequent folders.

My company was looking for a better way…

My company was looking for a better way to manage and track our inventory. We were really impressed with Kechie’s features and how simple it was to navigate. And we liked the scalability aspect. We were really impressed with the setup process because we were nervous about moving to a new system and losing our data. However, we felt supported every step of the way and I really can’t thank the team enough for going above and beyond for us.

Kechie helped us a great deal with…

Kechie helped us a great deal with operations

Kechie has been a life saver for us.
It has real time visibility and audit traceability on everything, so we know who move what and when. Before, we’d lose items and had a hard time locating items. Kechie has also helped organize events and everything going to the events from consumables to equipment. We use the CRM to maintain our communications with our clients and any special requirements. It has been very user friendly and the team was great in training. Reporting is also very easy and helps with grant application. Overall a great system.

Cons: Budgeting is not offered, but they are working launching it soon.

"I regret choosing the Kechie ERP…

"I regret choosing the Kechie ERP system for our business. While the marketing materials promised a streamlined and user-friendly platform, the reality has been anything but. The interface is clunky and outdated, making basic operations confusing and time-consuming. The implementation process was a nightmare, with limited guidance and unclear documentation.

What makes matters worse is the poor customer service. Support is slow to respond, and when they do, their solutions are often generic and unhelpful. On several occasions, we had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple issue addressed, which severely impacted our workflow.

The system also suffers from performance issues, with frequent lags and downtime during critical operations. For the price, we expected a reliable and efficient product, but Kechie ERP has been a significant disappointment. I would not recommend it to any business until they address these glaring issues and overhaul their support team."

Superb ERP solution with Kechie from MOA

As a distribution company that needed help moving our business forward, we were tasked with finding an ERP solution that would modernize our current Quickbooks solution. After vetting many ERP software providers, we felt Kechie/MyOfficeApps was the best fit for our growing company. Following implementation and onboarding, we know we made the right choice. The Kechie implementation team was incredible. They bent over backwards to help us with onboarding, as well as customizations to fit our specific business needs. We highly recommend Kechie/MyOfficeApps as your ERP solution.

Totally worth it

It has been a pleasant experience working with My Office Apps. Their Kechie ERP system has helped me keep track of my inventory and assisted in maintaining organization of my vendors. I now spend less time on the logistical aspects of my business and I can focus on building up my business. I’m kicking myself because I should have implemented an ERP system sooner. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to understand or afford a system like this but My Office Apps has reasonable pricing and a user-friendly interface. I'm not quite sure how I managed before implementing this system but I'm sure glad I did. Thank you so much.

Easy to Use. Great Support.

Kechie from My Office Apps has an intuitive, consistent interface. My employees were able to learn how to use it in a couple of days. The staff at My Office Apps was extremely helpful and any issue that come up was resolved very quickly. It is a pleasure to work with a company that treats you like a valued client instead of one that treats you like a faceless number amongst their thousands of other clients.
