Wish spray was stronger
The pond fountain is better than others since it floats on the surface but the spray is very weak. I will probably buy a second one for the other side of the pond but wish the spray was stronger

Hi Anne, I just saw your four-star review, which I guess was generous given you aren't happy with the pump performance. There may well be something wrong with the set up. Can you please send me a 20-30 second video of the pump and how you set up the panels to my cell at 760-716-5542. Please take this in full midday sun around 11 am to 2 pm.
I am sure we can improve the performance.

Good store to do business with!
Going through their website and finding what i needed was easy. Product information was helpful, too. Shipping was excellent. Fast and secure, as shipping a 1 gallon bottle across country without leaking is not always easy. I will come back to this store for sure

I'm quite happy with my new pond…
I'm quite happy with my new pond fountain! I got the 100 watt version.
The rate of water flow is better than expected.
I was afraid that this was going to be just a toy for very small ponds, but it moves some water in my 1/2 acre pond.
I would recommend it!

Product was just what I was expecting
Product was just what I was expecting, the only thing noteworthy was you need to put larger fragile labels on packaging for FedEx, the packaging was beat up and had holes in it, but the contents did not look damaged and seemed to work ok.

What super great folks. Extremely helpful and courteous. The floating 100 W pump was easily setup and works great. I’m certainly a fan and will make them my first stop when I need something.
