Poor Performance
1. It was difficult to pay.
2. Payment has been taken from my account.
3. Received a message about 2 weeks ago to say parts could not be delivered (I put my work address so goods inward dept is always manned).
4. About one month on and still no sign of the parts.

Ordered a part
Ordered a part, promptly delivered but was a pattern part and incorrect. 'Phoned, very knowledgeable and helpful staff who offered an immediate refund.
Excellent service despite an incorrect part which wasn't the fault of the company.

Didn't manage to get my first order on…
Didn't manage to get my first order on time from royal mail but the staff was happy to send one out with dpd that come much quicker also got refunded my postage cost. Staff was really nice on the phone and got the problem sorted quick.

Indicator for 2011 Triumph Tiger 800
Indicator for 2011 Triumph Tiger 800. Wrong wiring connector, wrong hole centres, wrong dimensions. I thought about sending it back but needed to get the bike in service so I spent an hour adapting the item and the bike panel. Very disappointing.
