My Mortgage finder.
I looked on the internet to get help and advice about getting a mortgage, i received a call from Jack, really quickly, he explained who he was and his purpose of his job. Jack was very efficient. Jack kept me informed and up dated at all times. Jack said that he would pass me to deal with Kevlin and would i be ok with this, I said yes. Kelvin has gone above and beyond to help. I really needs to be given a pay rise, I can not recommend him enough, Kelvin has sorted out a deal, then found a better deal so we changed it. The ladies in the office have been so helpful and professional too. Michala and Kerry have been so supportive to me, with sorting out the paperwork and supporting me for Kelvin. so we could get my mortgage through quickly. I really can't thank everybody enough, that I have dealt with enough. They ALL are excellent and professional, at there job. I have already recommended them to several other people, as they provide such a excellent and very quick service. Thank you personally to Jack, Kelvin Michala and Kerry for making this process so easy for me. I didn't even get stressed all the pressure was taken away. We recently completed our purchase with a mortgage provided by my mortgage finder. It was a very difficult time for us as we required help with adverse credit. All other mortgage brokers either said they could not help or offered ridiculous rates. George stuck with us and found us a product that costed in for us. We simply wouldn’t be completing without his help. We were reluctant because of the fees at first but it has been worth it for the long term savings.

They listened to what my requirements were and found me a mortgage to match. Our first time buying a house and we did not know what to expect or where to start, George was extramly helpful with every question or queries we had and explained everything in great detail. George made us feel very confident in every step of this journey.
We then was passed over to isabelle who was equally as helpful with every question and keeping us well informed with any change or news, it's a very stressful but exciting time but made a whole lot easier with the support of George and isabelle we are very appreciative and thankful.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. Believe me when I say if they can get us a mortgage - they really can help you! We were in a tricky situation with our credit history with very recent defaults & missed payments.

We first spoke with George who was so lovely from the beginning. He was really kind and helped us feel at ease with giving our personal info regarding our credit history, we didn’t feel judged or ashamed to tell him anything. We had so many questions & George answered all of them for us. He got us our decision in principle within a couple of hours & was genuinely happy for us - which was really nice!
He helped us with the application & ensured we had the best chance of getting the mortgage. He was actually the one to give us the news that we had successfully got our mortgage offer which was so nice!

We also had the lovely Isabelle help us once our application had been sent across to the lender, who believe me when I say has the patience of a saint! I asked SO many questions & always had such a prompt but detailed reply. Nothing was too much to ask and she really was so helpful & on our side to help in anyway she could.

We are so grateful to George & Isabelle & the whole team - I am so glad I screenshot their Instagram page on a random day when we could only dream of buying a house!

I would recommend my mortgage finder to any first time buyers & those with adverse credit. These guys are simply amazing and we owe so much to them to be able to stay in our rented house with our beautiful animals - only now we are the owners of our forever home!

I had a really positive experience with My Mortgage Finder, especially Hayley and her team. They were supportive, professional, and always willing to assist whenever I had questions. I really appreciated their help and would happily recommend their services.

Connor's kindness and understanding from the very beginning was wonderful, he's patient and very knowledgeable of the mortgage market, he guided us through everything calmly and friendly, Philippa's work chasing the case was also wonderful, thank you to them both for their valuable help

We used this mortgage broker based on a family recommendation, as my husband has a historic IVA and we were told they specialised in more complex cases. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.

Before paying any fees, the service felt supportive and responsive. Our mortgage broker (H.B) was professional, easy to contact and reassured us throughout calls and a video consultation (all of which were primarily on the same day, prior to paying the fees).

We provided full financial details and credit reports upfront, clearly stating my husband’s previous IVA, which was the main reason we chose this firm.

However, everything changed after we paid the £99 initial fee and £1,999 broker fee. On the same day we had our consultation, we were told a Mortgage in Principle had been secured and were encouraged to start looking for our ‘forever home’. Trusting this advice, we began house hunting, found a property, viewed it multiple times, made an offer and had it accepted.

After this point, communication dropped significantly. Calls weren’t returned, updates were minimal and we constantly had to chase. Weeks later, we were suddenly told by our broker ‘the mortgage may not work’- despite the IVA being disclosed from the very beginning. It became clear that our circumstances had not been properly considered when issuing the Mortgage in Principle, which should never have been given in the first place.

This caused major disruption to our lives. We had already made emotional, logistical and financial commitments based on their advice. We also incurred additional costs, including ID fees with the estate agent, something we would never have paid if we hadn’t been wrongly encouraged to proceed.

There was also an issue with a CCJ incorrectly showing on my husband’s report, which had already been proven not to be his and removed. The key issue was always the IVA, which we had clearly highlighted from the outset.

Although we were eventually offered a full refund, this process was also poorly handled. We were promised the money within 24 hours, then given another deadline which was missed. We had to chase again, only to be told nothing could be done over the weekend. Eventually, after further calls, the refund was processed but only after unnecessary stress and multiple broken promises.

After submitting our complaint, we did receive a phone call offering an apology, but nothing further was done to properly address the situation.

Overall, this experience was incredibly upsetting and avoidable. We feel we were given false hope and encouraged into a situation we should never have been in. The lack of attention to our circumstances, followed by poor communication and handling, caused significant stress to our family.

I would strongly advise others, particularly those with more complex financial histories, to proceed with caution or better still, not proceed at all.

Isabelle and the team at My Motgage Finder we extremely helpful in helping us secure a mortgage. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend their service.

Well what can I say, I was dealing with Ben, George and laila for a property I wanted to buy under a shared ownership, they were brilliant definitely 10/10 they always kept me in the loop and always chasing for me to get the mortgage I needed. They even did a video call to introduce themselves. I honestly can’t fault them for all there hard work. I had a CCJ on my file and some missed payments through ill health but still managed to go above and beyond to help me. Well done guys keep up the good work.
