My experience with my psychologist has been great! She goes above and beyond what I expected including messaging me between sessions to remind me to book in or if a cancellation occurs, she lets me know why. The treatment itself has been better than what I have experienced with psychologists I have tried in person that are in my area. The care provided here is amazing! I highly recommend giving it a try if you're able to, I have found the care more helpful than anything else.

My Mirror has been such an incredible tool for my mental health and have provided supportive steps along every part of my journey. From directing where I can easily access a mental health plan, offering financial support to ensure I could access the sessions, to ensuring I found a good fit with my therapist, offering me an extra session to ensure the best fit for my journey when I initially didn’t click with my therapist, my mirror truly goes above and beyond!

My Mirror has provided me the opportunity to choose my own clinical psychologist. My experience, so far, has been wonderful. Jules is supportive, encouraging, non-judgemental, caring and understanding. As adults, we tend to keep things bottled up, buried deep down and held on to, tightly. The opportunity to let some things out and to talk through issues, is incredibly relieving and freeing.

Mark is incredible. I haven't had many successful experiences with Psychologists, but he is amazing. He makes me feel heard, and also very calming.

It was great to be able to see and read the different profiles and pick one. Then I could see what her availability was like and pick a time. I love that its done remotely, i’m self conscious and dont want to run into my psychologist at the shops. Really happy, she is great at making sense of what i’m saying and doing. I doubt there would be such a skilled psychologist in my regional town even if i wasn't so self conscious. I use my ipad on wifi and the connection is perfect. Never had a dropout, screeching or delayed speech like ive had with other online platforms. Definitely recommend

As I struggle to keep appointments, & face to face can cause anxiety, MyMirror's whole setup is perfection 👌
The online platform also allows session notes to be added, so you can easily reference details and talking points of your appointments, something I find extremely helpful.

Bit annoying having to upload invoices to Medicare but their payment receipts have every detail you need for a quick and smooth claim upload with Medicare.

Excellent service. Was able to match with a psychologist with relevant experience and book in straight away. The service is very easy to use and I love being able to track along with notes from my psychologist.

Booked a session, then I couldn't access my telehealth link and when I finally did the video system didn't work for me. Wasted money.

Talking to a psychologist online was fast and super easy. I got matched with a psychologist available on the same day after answering a few questions.
Once my session was booked, I could upload my Medicare documents on my dashboard to get my rebates. The sessions were really helpful and My Mirror claimed the Medicare rebates for me. A great experience overall.
