Before being connected with the wonderful Creag, I had experienced a very stressful process trying to sell my central Glasgow property via another seller. By the time I spoke to Creag I was working to very tight timelines trying to sell it in time to secure a purchase, but he worked swiftly and was such a huge help with his vast knowledge of the industry. He lined up a buyer within days and was incredibly patient and kind. I also loved how reachable he was throughout. I could not recommend working with him enough!

I highly recommend this company.
David was very helpful, professional and friendly. I was kept updated through the whole process and I could ask anything at any time.
I am very happy I went with them as it was a stress free and reliable service.
An excellent, professional and reliable service.

David was a saviour in my circumstances. He listened to my story, was keen to help, and he communicated with me consistently. He made the house selling process so easy in a way no one else could. I am very thankful that it was made so quick and easy for me and now I get to start a fresh. Thank you David!

David was really helpful and made my options completely straightforward. The process was smooth and everything went through exactly as quoted from the beginning.

David came and met me at my property and quickly found the best solution for my situation. My sale settled today and I would highly recommend My Local Property Buyer to get your property sold for a fair price.

Excellent service from first minute I contacted them. David ensured I was kept up to date throughout the process and always aware of timescales. If you’re in a hurry to sell I fully recommend My Local Property Buyer for a hassle free and professional service.

David was an absolute star during this stressful time of trying to sell my property that had been on the market for 3 years prior. As soon as I started to talk to David he was quick to find me a buyer and took all the stress off me. Amazing guy and highly recommend his services.

David helped me get a quick sale, no fuss or hassle. Very straightforward and honest business.

My experience with this company was all positive. Creag and David who I dealt with went out of their way to assist in the sale of my property. I was abroad at the time and took a leap of faith that they would handle everything professionally and proficiently and they delivered. Assisted me every step of the way in a friendly courteous manner. Explained in detail any questions or queries I had throughout the process. Great service.

Spoke to a few companies but David put my mind at ease when he came out to see me and made an offer that worked for the family in a difficult situation. Couldn’t recommend their service enough and I was kept fully up to date throughout the full process.

I've been a client for over a year now and the experience has been great. The process from initial discussion to completion is quick, fair, and painless. The team are open, honest and trustworthy and they ensure the client is kept up to date and guided throughout the process. Having bought and sold, I cannot recommend this company enough.

David was great to deal with in the sale of my property, great knowledge on all aspects whenever I had queries and would recommend using my local property buyer if you are looking for a quick sale.

Sold a property through David and had 0 hassle, would recommend again

Fantastic company from start to finish

David and his company went well above and beyond with my property and a great sale, above £40.000. more than expected. Very friendly and helpful also very efficient. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is hoping to sell their home.

My property sold quickly with no hitches. David came out, valued the property and within a few weeks he had bought it. Fast & easy.

I was approached by my local property buyer around a year ago as they were dealing with my uncles enquiry on his property . My property was inherited of my late father so was in the mind of selling it and getting somewhere new and fresh. I took a few months to make my mind up on how to proceed where I dealt with David who was really helpful and always available to answer any call or message and keep me up to date with the proceedings and what the next step will be on the process and why . At no point did I feel like I didn’t know or understand what was happening .

It's the first time I've sold a property and I contacted Estate Agents and then Found My Local Property Buyer.
David came out and inspected the House and guided my through the necessary actions required. He made everything so easy for me and did what he said he would do quickly and professionally. House now sold and I'm so happy I opted for this Company. As I'm 70yrs old I consider that I made a good choice.
