With all the overseas companies and knock-off…

With all the overseas and knock-off companies out there it is good to see a company that has great customer service! The customer service alone wins the medal for me! I can’t wait to see the full results from their product! Any company that stands behind their product and is there to answer questions when needed is top class! I told them I forgot to put their product in the refrigerator after opening and they advised me not to take anymore and they sent me out a new bottle for free! That is people who care! This is a company you can trust will take care of you and care about your health!

One off order turned into an unwanted subscription.

I order 3 bottles of the product, which I expected to last me 6 months. To my shock one month later I got another 3 bottles delivered.
I contacted the organisation and advised that my purchase was a one off and I did not want any further bottles of their product. I did get a quick response, but they advised that I had to return the goods to the US at a minimum cost of £25.00 instead of the UK address on the package.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the subscription and return process caused frustration.

We do make the automatic-refill terms visible at several points during the ordering process, including on the product page, in the checkout summary, and in the subscription disclosure before payment is completed. Customers also receive subscription information after ordering, and we send a reminder approximately 3 days before a renewal is processed so there is an opportunity to make changes beforehand.

When you contacted us, our team responded promptly and provided the option to return the unopened order for a full refund. We are happy to refund eligible returned products in full; however, under our return policy, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

We understand that international return shipping can be frustrating, but covering both a full product refund and international return postage on every return would not be sustainable for our business. We try to balance being fair to our customers with maintaining a consistent return policy.

We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to make our subscription terms and customer experience even clearer.

Excellent Customer Service

Error in address delivery. Never received order. Contacted seller. Actually spoke with a live person. "Leo" Who was able to quickly resolve issue. Very considerate representive. Thank you.

On their ad on Youtube it says 20,000…

On their ad on Youtube it says 20,000 reviews. I did not buy the product because of false advertising.

That said, we take accuracy in our advertising seriously. If you saw a YouTube advertisement that specifically represented a figure as “20,000 reviews,” please feel free to send us a screenshot or link to that advertisement so our team can review the exact wording and context.

If anything in our advertising is unclear or could reasonably be misunderstood, we want to know about it and address it appropriately.
