Frame arrived very quickly
Frame arrived very quickly. This is my third frame. I have one in constant use in the kitchen which the grandchildren love to create works of art for. The others I have given away. They make great gifts.

Seem expensive but are better than others.
Used them before. These seem expensive but they're sprung loaded so you don't have the two, thick elastic running across the picture, spoiling it.

Thank you for your review and for choosing Little Davinci again! We appreciate you highlighting the spring-loaded design, it’s something we specifically engineered to avoid elastic bands distracting from the artwork. We’re glad you feel the quality and presentation make it worthwhile.
Incredible customer service
The customer service at this company is impeccable. The shipping company lost my order, and the team at My Little Davinci were amazing about it. They did everything possible to try and recover, and promptly issued a full refund despite it being an issue with the shipping company. Throughout, their communication was warm, human and unbelievably timely and helpful. Would order from them again, simply to support.

A great present that lives on…
This is such a great gift for a newborn! Their works of art are preserved (up to 50 sheets) and displayed in an appreciative way. It’s my go to gift - I know as a teacher this is a way of valuing the child’s creativity and much better than a bit of blu tacked pic!
Packaging for fragile item is excellent. Payment & delivery great.

Our second frame. The first one already has over 30 art works (?) in! Really easy to use. Prompt and clear delivery to home or a pick up location for safety. Great ideas on the website for new projects.

Hi Ian,
Thank you so much for your kind words — we’re thrilled to hear you’re already on your second frame and making the most of it! Over 30 artworks stored is exactly what we love to see — creative moments saved and displayed with ease.
We’re also glad the delivery process worked well for you and that you’ve found inspiration on our website. Thanks again for your support — we can’t wait to see what fills the next frame!
Not worth it.
It's expensive for what it is. Need to drill 2 holes in your wall to put them up which causes more damage than a normal picture frame. When hung landscape, it's difficult to open so needs to be taken off the wall to change pictures, defeating the whole point. Would not recommend or buy again.

Hi Helen,
Thank you for your honest feedback — we’re sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations.
While the frame does come with screws for a secure wall mount, it can also be installed using strong double-sided mounting tape for those who prefer not to drill holes. We’re happy to offer guidance on alternative installation methods that are less invasive.
Regarding the landscape orientation — we understand that accessing the frame can be less convenient in that position. We appreciate you pointing this out and will take it into account as we continue improving the product design.
We truly value your input and thank you for giving our frame a try.
Excellent product
Description was clear when buying it, delivery on time. Assembly instructions were clear and it is a fun and versatile product

Hi Aoife,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're really glad to hear you're enjoying the product.
Good product
Good product. Naively I thought I would be able to hang it on a nail I already had but I discovered that this could not be done. You can only use the support provided. That said it is a nice product and works well. I wish there was a bit more flexibility with the paper size. I have a few drawings that are just slightly bigger than an A3 (because the paper was cut not quite the right size) and they don't fit.

Hi Lucia,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're really glad to hear you're enjoying the product overall.
We appreciate you pointing out the hanging system limitation — you're absolutely right that it only works with the included support, and we'll make sure that's clearer in our product descriptions going forward.
As for the sizing issue, we understand how frustrating it can be when slightly oversized artwork doesn't quite fit. We're always exploring ways to improve our designs, and feedback like yours is incredibly helpful as we look at future updates.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience — and for supporting creative expression at home!

Hi Paul,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry to hear that your order arrived with damaged packaging — that’s certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers, especially when it’s intended as a gift.
I’ve checked with our customer service team, and it looks like we haven’t yet received any direct contact about the issue. If you could kindly email us with a few photos of the damage, we’ll be able to assess whether this occurred during shipping. We’ll also be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you right away.
We take great care in preparing and checking all items before dispatch, so we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Hi Jeff,
Firstly, sincere apologies for the very delayed response — we’ve only just regained access to our account.
We’re really sorry to hear about the way your delivery was handled. That’s certainly not the standard we expect from our courier partners, and it’s disappointing to know your parcel was left in such a manner.
We’ll be reviewing this internally and will check if the courier has provided any delivery images, so we can include this incident in our ongoing feedback to them. We genuinely appreciate you flagging it with us.
Thank you again for your patience, and we're glad to hear the item itself appears to be okay.
