But the worst might be that my results came, I looked quickly on the phone and when I went to download on my computer the next morning they were gone.
Each part of the process gives less confidence that this company is capable of performing reliable medical testing.

dont waste your money!!! pay out of pocket somewhere else. have a really bad thing going on, needed tests and results, so I trusted this piece of crap site. ordered the tests, they were actually delivered pretty quick. after that, everything went to hell!! the directions did not match the products. was supposed to do an anal swab, throat swab, and blood test. NOTHING was labeled as to what swab went into which tube. took a day or 2 to get a response, and that was vague AF. I finally said screw it, swabbed my ass and throat and just guessed which tube to toss the swabs into. the piss and blood test were easy...if they are even accurate. about 3-4 days later, I got notification that my tests were received. the next day... my previous orders and test results were not there. like I didnt buy anything or send it tests. I emailed and they were very nonchalant about it. I emailed again and told them I wasnt happy and wanted a full or even partial refund. I got an email back offering a 15% discount on a future purchase. I replied something like, why would I purchase another product from a company I cant trust...with a 15% discount. hell no.
DO NOT use this mail in lab. you will be ripped off and disappointed...in fact, I am going to dispute with my credit card company. run!!

Shipping back is just as bad. No tracking information to let you know the kit arrived back or that it is being processed. Results? Who knows. I still haven’t received results two weeks later and have no idea if they even received my kit back. Definitely don’t risk it or waste your time. There are much better at home labs out there.

I ordered an allergy test kit for my dog at a cost of $154. After swabbing my dog I was following the instructions to return the test. It said return the filled out customer information form. I couldn’t find the form until I went into my trash and found it printed on the back of packaging material. 2 weeks later I got an email saying they couldn’t start the test as I didn’t return the information form. I told them I did and the lab tech probably threw it out as he thought I was returning packaging material. They said I’d need to fill out another form. I said I wouldn’t as if their lab was so incompetent to find the form then I had no trust in them doing an accurate report. I have asked Mel in customer support for a refund 3 times now. I’m still waiting for the refund.

I ordered a simple STD screening test for over $100. They advertise their test as lab performed, but what showed up was a lab portion and an at home rapid test. So if I want to share my results with anyone I have to show them a nice lab report and a home photo of a rapid test (could be any date). It’s just not a formal way to share your status when you’re paying top dollar for a lab grade test. Maybe there’s limitations on HIV tests, but it’s a major one to be missing from a lab results page. Either way, I just continue to have major issues with this company. Fulfillment issues, test results that were taken at the exact same time with completely different results, and the timeline to resolve issues is not great. Support is the only thing that seems responsive and not terrible. I highly recommend against using this if you test on a regular basis.

My order kept not showing tracking info and they said repeatedly it would get auto sent to me. After several weeks they said it was lost and could send me another test. I had moved over seas and couldn't receive it so asked for a refund. They then said "Oh we found it". Still never received results

I ordered a kit, and it seemed like an easy process. It took weeks to receive the kit, and the process has taken way too long. So far, it has been an awful experience. They promised me 2 discounts along the way in emails to offset their issues, and I have not received either one, even after repeated emails from me to their customer service. Stay away from this company. They are a rip-off off and I see why they have terrible reviews.

OK, mylabbox tried to "right" their many shipping wrongs and sent me 2 free complimentary lab tests. The problem with that is I am a male and they sent me 2 female collection kits, what is wrong with these people? Wish I could post pictures for everyone to see but I can't.
I am in the military and we HAVE to do a Pap smear, it’s not optional. The doctors are usually very forceful and they don’t care about how you feel. Using this test and asking for the cytology report as well will be accepted by the military. It’s less stressful and you do it in the privacy of your own home. It’s not painful and it gives you the same results. I’ll be using this from now to give the results to the military,

Nothing but major shipping issues, ordered my test 5 WEEKS AGO, finally received it from the United States Postal Service took the specimen sample that same day and mailed it the next day I took a picture of the shipping label I mailed it with and the tracking number five business days later still no tracking they use the United States Postal Service which is a failure of an organization and it fails us every time and they charge premium top-rate prices and they can't use a legitimate Shipping Company

The company does not deliver what they promise. They have misplaced and mishandled the samples I have sent them. For example I sent them two kits on the same day. USPS shipped wa them delivered on the same day. For a while neither showed on their site as received for a number of days. Then, the first was apparently processed when received but I was told that the blood sample was not adequate and then urine sample had leaked. I collected the samples exactly as instructed. out. The replacement kit for the samples they mishandled or lost has not arrived. The second test kit was held or lost for an entire week and just appeared on their site now, a full fifteen days after I mailed the kits. A full seven days after they received it. In order to renew my perceptions, I have been forced to go to an urgent care and have traditional blood testing. This company is incompetent and unresponsive.

I placed an order on Friday Dec 5th in the morning before the cut off time and paid for expedited shipment which should have gotten the package delivered to me on Monday or Tuesday the following week at the latest. It’s now end of day Thursday and no package. Additionally, the customer service agent is not able to provide a tracking or shipment date and they rely on their fulfillment department, and we’ve been waiting for 3 days for the fulfillment department to provide a tracking number or a shipped date. Needless to say, I paid for expedited shipment because I’m leaving out of town tomorrow, Friday morning. I requested to have the order cancelled and a full refund as I just went to my local lab to get my work done and if for some miracle the package is delivered in the next few days, that package will sit outside over a month. The customer service agent writes to me “ I will reach out to the fulfillment department to check if cancellation is possible from our fulfillment department” they can’t respond to the agent with a tracking number, how am I expected to get a response for a refund and cancellation. LOL! This is ridiculous, and I’m sure my customer service rep is somewhere overseas as I only get responses from them during our nights.
If this is the service that is provided, I’m not optimistic the actual test are good.
Save yourself the hassles, just go in person. I was done in 10 minutes.

This is the most frustrating company I’ve ever encountered.
The box was one week late. I tried registering the MLB number, but the website kept saying it was invalid. I contacted “customer service” twice before someone named Viktoria responded to me. She promised she would make me an account using a form (I had to fill out the form with my info) and guess what… she never even made the account and did not respond to me again. I paid over 100$ to these people and now can’t even see my results? Are you kidding? If I had the money to sue, I would. I’m guessing my results are lost in an abyss somewhere because Viktoria never made my account. Just go to an urgent care clinic for testing, these are scammers. If someone could please respond to my fourth email now, that would be great.

Do NOT trust the HPV test!!!!!! I got a false positive, confirmed by real doctors and real labs! I contacted the lab MyLabBox partners with, and I found it shady. Customer service with MyLabBox is shady as well! Not only did they give me the wrong result, they didn’t even get my collection dates correct! They put down that I collected my result in October. Impossible! Do NOT trust them!!!!!!!!!

There was no way to leave a direct review on their website. I was not disappointed with the shipping. The customer service was good and they shipped me my 2nd test for cheap. I was unable to collect enough blood properly the 1st and on the 2nd try I couldn't either so I just threw the box away. Maybe its because of my fingers or circulation but I followed the directions properly. I don't even think its the product or service itself I would just be fully aware that u may not be able to collect enough blood properly. Sucks wasting money like that.
