Tracking food is very easy with the barcode scanner; it makes things super helpful. Adjusting the potion sizes is relatively easy as well. I haven’t had the time to explore everything completely yet, but it has been very helpful to log everything that I eat on this journey. The only downside I’ve experienced thus far is my workbooks weren’t sent directly to me in the start, but upon submitting my request for them; I had access to them promptly, as well as the team’s helpfulness through the contact messenger portal. I would suggest that I’m asked for further review plaster after I’ve had the time to explore the app further. I’m looking forward to learning what it truly has to offer.

Great diet, great AP!
This is the 2nd time I’m on Keto diet. This AP makes it so easy to track carbs, learn what has carbs and stay in bounds on my diet. The weight comes off easily. The food cravings go away. The AP is my diet partner and it works great!

I’ve done keto before but once I stopped, I gained everything back. This app helps me so much when it comes to keeping up with what I’ve eaten! I don’t always pay attention to the numbers because I know what works for my body but it is helpful to have them there! And the recipes! Oh thank goodness for the recipes!

Easy to check where you are at with macros
I find it hard to navigate the amounts . I find it confusing. I do really like the way I can see what I’ve consumed in carbs , fat, protein and calories. It feels difficult hitting my fat target but staying under my protein and calories

I bought what I thought was an app instead it made me purchase a pdf ebook as well by pressing continue.
Process is misleading and a money trap as they rejected my refund request after reaching out immediately. Just a money grab with no real value.

Likes and dislikes
What I like is the organization of the information in general about the calories, macros, dates, times of the day for eating.
Something I don’t like is that I can not remove ingredients of already prepared or thought meals in the app.
