Juniper was extremely professional and efficient. I am sorry they are not in operation anymore. The only issue was the company they lauded as their replacement was not in the same league.

I received nothing but positive reinforcement from the team.
The reason for cancelling my program had to do with the way Ozempic made me feel. The side effects were way too severe. I want to thank you for your incouragement. Hopefully I will give it another try at another time.

Wrong order sent to me
my order arrived with the wrong medication and the prescription showed it should have gone to a lady in BC not here in Alberta.
Frankly a bad mistake.
This has now been rectified and the customer service did a good job when they finally got on to it.

Juniper has been great
Juniper has been great. This is my second order. I’ve been on my meds for 5 weeks. I like the app there is an AI available for quick questions. Very helpful. I haven’t used it yet but there is a 1-800 number I can call any time if I have any questions. Good experience all around.
