With new windows there is way less wind, dirt, dust coming in. The noise is a little less noticeable and you can actually see clearly out!

Aweful group would give 1/2 star. Lied about everything, over priced rip off, added a shower pan I did not need, too deep bathtub, over priced for crap service,didn't provide requested info, lied about water damage, not permit pulled for the work! I want my money back! Total rip off! Turning you into BBB! High pressure sales. You suck!

Jorden Jones was exceptionally helpful with all of my questions and concerns.

They did a very good job, and they were quick and clean about it. After they were done everyone in the house was and still is very happy with it. There was 2 small things that my daughter found when she used it and they came right back and made the corrections. They were not something that would stop using it or most would not notice, but old eagle eye noticed it while showering and they were right back to fix. They were great to have working on our job and would highly recommend them to all.

These men showed up early and were there till almost dark. They returned early the following morning and finished and cleaned everything up. Hard working and professional. The roof looks great. Great experience.

We received word for the install, which went well with Travis. The door was wrong size and had to wait three more weeks. Would have had a choice of type of shower that would have been installed.
Also the color of caulk against the ceiling should have been white.
The door that came in was prefect, although Travis was told to re adjust the door by me as he did.
Job is done to my liking

To be straight forward, I was very excited about getting my new shower conversion installed. After the long wait, I noticed that the wrong shower set up was installed. The drain was placed in the wrong spot, I was given a center drain. The frosted glass door is not the one Adam and I agreed to be installed. I ordered the half frosted door. I was not notified by Adam that the half frosted door is no longer offered. I informed him about it and he responded that his company decided to give me a frosted against what I ordered without informing me first. He removed our right to choose and we are stuck with disappointment. I explained my disappointment to Adam, but it was only a back and forth conversation that did not lead to a resolution and I have not heard from anyone since. The middle drain is a safety hazard because the drain cover is not attached and I slipped on it and almost got injured. My hot water has not been hot as it supposed to be since the install. I’m very disappointed, but I am grateful to have my shower installed. I will not ever refer anyone to your company.

Made a small shower area even smaller. Long metal crap in the middle of shower floor and it moves absolutely terrible.

Overall, a good experience. Quality products and excellent installation.

Communication (texting), professional workers, pictures were numerous and great.

We got a discount for being repeat clients. We got full size walls. It was good

The Man that installed the Shower was respectful, kind, on time, cleaned up removal tub and after install shower. He was on time. Called when the supply truck was not on time at the shop.

The workers were great, very polite and busy. Unfortunatly the wrong sliders were installed. There was a total of 6, and 3 were opening the wrong way, also, they did not have the track for the screens, so they are now stored in my garage. I want my sliders to open from the middle, not one middle, and the other in the corner.

Let the customer know that they are not the installers of the windows, have another company do the work. Information had to be pulled from the sales person, did not leave window sizes, cost of each, very limited. would not recommend this company to any one. If I didn't put a deposit down I would cancel. Installers, called and moved the measurements out a week, they only have one truck????

Explanation of what was going to happen. Told when it was going to get loud. Job was done in my opinion very fast for one man. Told about windows would stick out of home little.

The guys from Window Nation that came out were professional and easy to talk to. They did a great job taking care of my home while installing the new windows. The new windows are great. They added a new level of quality to my home. It's quieter inside and they have improved the temperature quality in my home, warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We love the look as well.
