I tried buying a backpack bundle earlier this year, and after 3 months of waiting for any kind of notification, I finally decided to email them. They were rather rude and saying that they have been running this business for a few years, and I demanded a refund. It took 2 weeks of them trying to argue with me on it before I finally got my refund.

My item was lost in transit but mht quickly sent me a replacement.

Ordered a backpack paying £175. Order was placed on the 12th April. We recieved no updates and no tracking information and payment had been taken. I then had to pester for a tracking number which was finally provided. The guy behind the phone was a complete imbecile who had no idea what he was doing. I recieved my order on the 15th May!! Low and behold another dissappoinment. The accessories with the backpack arrived (cheap quality from aliexpress) and no backpack!!!

Absolutely awful company!!!

Order has never been received, called several times no answer, snet several emails, no reply. Trying to cancel my order, can't.
Will never use this company again. Update ,Just got an ail from this company, after 4 emails. They just refund my order because the item is out of stock, although the itme was in stock when I placed the order.
Very disapointed.

I placed an order for three items, but only received two. The invoice listed all three items, which I was clearly charged for. Two items were shown being shipped within the next day or so, with the third item reflected as being shipped separately at a later date, which I assumed meant it was on backorder. Weeks, then months went by, with no delivery or any update or correspondence from the seller. I had to reach out to tech support for an issue, and brought this issue up to him as well. He stated that he wasn't a part of the sellers company, but would reach out to them and suggested that I do the same, which I did. No response. Tried once more a month later, with the same results. I decided to just forget about it, as it was only twenty dollars, but being the principal of the matter, decided that I would not purchase from them again.

I got my equipment fast and in good condition

The pwnagotchi i purchased doesnt work at all. The guys at My Hacker Tech were great. Unfortunately they had to pass me on to the manufacturer for tech support on my unit. It went south from there. The tech guy there (Ben) was confrontational from the get go. I never asked for a replacement or a refund, just help setting it up. I had taken it apart to see if something was disconnected which bent the cable, but not nicked it. I was accused of not reading directions and was basically lectured by this Ben guy. He was not helpful at all. I ended up purchasing a other unit that was made by another company and threw this one away.

The team at MyHackerTech is really awesome. They really care about their customers. Honestly of the best hacker market place out here. Keep improving and let hack the world.

Very unsatisfied! This is a scam and a ripoff! Very poor communication, huge delays in answers, wrong shipping and delivery details, they ignore requests for cancellation. Since I ordered the System Crash v2 bundle on Nov.29. everything with this was wrong, delayed and painful experience. I submitted the cancellation request and wrote them to cancel the delivery, they ignored that. On Jan.20. I received the package, and then I thought that myhackertech can't messup anymore they've reached the new apex, the backpack sent was wrong, nothing like on the webshop, it is rather very basic and cheep backpack (i found almost identical on amazon for 27EUR), RIPOFF! My hacker tech please respond to my emails!

The packaging was secure and came in excellent condition. Fast shipping and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

I have to edit my review. Our delivery was located.

Well I ordered my gift on December 15th, read the shipping itineraries posted on the site, and thought, it should have enough time to get here before christmas... I didn't get even a tracking number till the 28th. The phone number listed doesn't go anywhere. I tried the Facebook page, and messaged the company, I got automated replys only. I sent emails on the 22nd, and didn't hear back from them till the 28th. Today is January 5th, and my package, according to the tracking number, is still in Cali, where it originally started. It hasn't moved since I received my tracking number.

My advise to customers, maybe try back NOT during christmas holiday, go somewhere else.

My advise to the company, stay on top of your business even during the holiday season, hire ppl to take on the responsibility of upholding what your site says you can do, even during the holiday season, and choose a different delivery service, not the United States Postal Service. We all know they are terrible and slow,
