There is a lack of transparency in terms of subscriptions- and they are immovable in this. It is not clear that you sign up for amonthly subscription, a hefty one at that.
I was not impressed with the APP, and so did not use it. Was not concerned until charges appeared in bank statement. They will do nothing to rectify, I do not recommend this at all.

I have tried to cancel this app. Today I noticed about five charges on my American Express to the app, total about $100. This needs to be canceled and I need to be reimbursed. Please follow up with this ASAP. Thank you.

This app is not worth signing up for the trial. It’s not an interesting product, they will charge you even though you canceled the trial. They don’t let you know they are about to charge you, how apps should let users know. And they refuse to do refunds, even though you message them asap. Stay away from this scam product, now worth wasting time on blocking them after wards with your credit card company

charged twice on the same day!! I did not knowingly consent to any charges. I see that this is a common occurrence.

I’ve also had 3 lots of payments come out of my account! Avoid! I have no subscription, but they continue to take money.

I have been tricked into paying for a 52 week subscription to learn biology through MyGrowth. It was false advertising. I was given history once I paid. I immediately (same day) requested a refund and cancellation.
The advert also stated a 30 day money back guarantee.
I initially received an email asking me to provide lots of information. I supplied everything that was asked for (again the same day) and now have received another email refusing to refund.
This is a SCAM. I expect a refund and will take this further

I asked for biology so you gave me history

An experience that I would never want to repeat. Had logging in issues from the beginning. Paid 9.99 for free trial. Then was billed 29.99. I tried to get my money back. Tried to cancel. Received an email explaining that there no refunds.

The NLP practitioner course I did with MGZ was the first milestone in my personal development journey. It brought so much clarity in my thinking and in my perception of everything happening around me.

What started as a good experience- turned out to be short-lived with MGZ. The Master Practitioners Programme is a huge disappointment indeed.

I had also shared an email with the team citing various reasons which articulated how the service to deliver a course to me as a student failed at multiple levels. I had also requested for a refund of my fee for this extremely expensive course. I have been following up for a resolution.

However, the team is clearly disinterested as its been a week since I even received an acknowledgement to my mail.

Our Instructors Mr Sagar,Ms Rama and Ms Sudha with their respectful guidance, demonstrated a clear understanding on how to design my own life by listing my empowering habits and the limiting habits. These guys are good and they are masters in what they do. the training content is clean and detailed. I had very great experience with mygrowthzone
