No reward for winning number one on leaderboard
At first I thought this app was good because it does pay users money for tasks that they complete. However they have a leaderboard and I won on the leaderboard for this past week I got more money than anyone else according to the leaderboard, I got number one place however when anticipating a prize for winning number one in the leaderboard position and I emailed support they says that there's no prize given for this last week's leaderboard. A fair app would have prizes for all top leaders on the top leaderboard every single week and not skip a week totally disappointed I put in hours of my time doing surveys and other things to win on the leaderboard and now they're telling me that I won't receive a prize I'm downgrading my rating from a four stars to a one one star!!!!!!

Upon reaching lv 18 in sea of conquest
Upon reaching lv 18 in sea of conquest, I’ve began having tracking problems somehow. So I contacted support, and had to have an extended exchange just for my reward. Then upon reaching lv 21, which pays $75.38, they no longer respond to messages or are willing to cooperate. Big scam, spent money, and hours daily just not to get paid. Really upset and disappointed. They’ll blame you before being accountable.
Ok, By crediting my account the $27 I earned, let’s not call two credits of good will, it makes it seems you’re doing more than beyond the good deed of keeping me happy. You can blame it on tracking, but it tracked my progress right up to our first issue in our email threads. Then not only it didn’t track purchase, somehow it didn’t track me reaching lv 21 even though I’ve reached lv 18 just a few days prior. but that’s why I’ve submitted receipts, screenshots throughout my progress in-game, ranking consistently in game events. At this point, if you’re fine with this, just know it creates precedence where at any time you all can refuse rewarding earners, whether due to random tracking issues, or just by denying to acknowledge any other way to establish any proof.

Misleading Verification: Promised bonus not credited and status still unverified
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on MyFreeApp. I completed the identity verification process, and the platform even showed a popup confirming "You verified successfully" with "$$0.3 added to your balance!
However, this is completely false. My account balance remains at $0, and my verification status has not been updated to "Verified." It feels like a scam when a platform explicitly confirms a success but fails to deliver the promised reward or update the account status. I followed all the steps correctly, yet the system is misleading. I would not recommend this to others until they fix these tracking and payout issues.

Leaderboard is a little weird. One week, you could win $50-$150 for being one of the top three earners. Then other weeks, you get absolutely nothing. It feels like taking a gamble, in a way.
I feel that at least promo codes or boosters should be offered to the top players during the weeks when there's no cash prize.
Trust me it does not feel good spending all week maintaining a spot in the top 3 just to be told "You get nothing!!! Congratulations!"

I hadn't even realized that the offer I had opened it went through and I was getting paid for the game that was enjoying. And so I started to go for the milestones but I didn't make a really good one in time I was very close but I still got paid easily and quickly for just having fun. With heroes.
