I booked a ticket from SFO to India and back with My Fly Yatra. I needed a multi city ticket and Sumit spent much time and several calls to give me information about dates, travel classes, cities, etc. He was very responsive to my queries and provided me with timely information and choices, so I could book my tickets. He checked back with me to make sure I could see my tickets with the airlines. I changed my mind about a few details which he was able to incorporate. He also gave me a cell phone number to call in case of any flight emergencies. I would unhesitatingly recommend My Fly Yatra and especially Sumit for booking air tickets.

I booked our trip to India thru my fly yatra. Their representative Arjun provided excellent service. He was pleasant to work and very responsive. I had to change my travel dates and he was able to get me the bookings for the dates I wanted. Overall excellent service.

I generally travel by business class but tickets were very expensive and I was checking around. I came across My Fly Yatra and spoke to Mr Mihir. Peter was excellent and very helpful in finding me a Buisness class tickets from Dallas taxes to Reykjavik Iceland for my Icelandair Ticket. He was also very patient with me since i gave him the wrong flight dates but he got it corrected within minutes. My go to travel company as i enter in my retirement years.

I was told that Iam allowed to have 2 check in bags before my booking. but Once booking is done, I was told that it was a mistake and promised that I can go with 2 bags and the extra bag fee would be refunded after submission of the receipt. But when checked before my departure , the agent refused to fulfill his promise. Not a professional way of dealing with customers. Disappointed.

TRAVEL ADVISORY WARNING: AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT AGENCY AT ALL COSTS
Danny, the so-called floor manager, took my money, booked my tickets, and then—after holding onto my cash for a full 2.5 months—abruptly cancelled everything, blaming some mysterious "third-party" that supposedly backed out.
I was left completely stranded, forced to fight my credit card company for months just to claw back my own money while this scam operation pocketed it without shame.
This is not incompetence—this is outright fraud. They are thieves masquerading as a travel agency, deliberately delaying and cancelling to keep your funds as long as possible.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are a criminal fraud company that will steal your money and leave you high and dry. Save yourself the nightmare—do not waste a single second of your time or a dollar of your money on these scammers.
