My boy started there at 4 years old and was made to feel welcome by the friendly professional coaches, he really settled in well and loves attending every week, also loves the half term and summer camps. Highly recommended

Very professional and well organised sessions would recommend to anyone looking for young player coaching for either new players just starting out or for established players looking to improve.

Nothing but positive things to say, well organised, structured sessions which are fun and enjoyable for the children. Lee has the knowledge and passion with the children’s development the primary objective.

Superb. My son was there from 3-6 years old. has since joined a professional academy. Great coaching but importantly made fun. Highly recommended .

First Kicks is a well established local football school catering for all abilities from beginner to elite level with several boys going on to be signed by professional club academies.
My two sons both attended from age 2 and have gone on to play for Hannakins Farm YFC, which the school feeds into.
Facilities are superb and the coaches are dedicated, full of knowledge and strive to make every session fun as well as educational. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent football training for all abilities. My two oldest children have gone through First Kicks football and now play in local teams. My youngest daughter started first kicks in September this year and was a loving it until the pandemic hit. She can’t wait to get back but was chuffed this week when she joined a free online skills session with Lee.

My eldest went through this academy and my youngest is there now. Cannot recommend enough. Making football fun but learning to play the right way at the same time.

We have been with First Kicks for a long time and they really are amazing. It's fun but also so professional teaching technical aspects of football from a young age. Our son loves football and his lessons are the highlight of his week. Lee and the other coaches are so committed in encouraging and bringing out the best in little footballers. I wouldn't think twice about recommending First Kicks.

My son is only 4 and we’ve tried 2 other kids football groups.
This is the first one that has kept his interest and he’s actually enjoyed.
His football skills have improved massively despite the lockdowns that keep affecting the classes.
Can’t wait to get back!

My son has been going to the first kick soccer school for just over a year, I would say it is the best in the area. They invest time in the children and it doesn’t matter what level they are. Lee is really passionate about what he does and you can see that every week at training. Even in the current lockdown, Lee still has the kids best interest at heart, setting up Zoom training session to ensure they are not missing out.

My son loves playing for first kicks. It is a really good mixture if fun and learning new skills which my son really enjoys. He gets to play games as well as practising and even during covid there have been zoom skills sessions which is great

Fantastic fun for all kids regardless of age and ability. All sessions are enjoyable and its great to see the kids learning new skills and making new friends. Great coaches with a proven pathway for the more talented kids to develop their skills at a higher level. Highly recommend

Our son joined at the age of 5 and quickly grew to love it. He has been well supported, the training is great, lots learnt, well encouraged and very well organised both in the session and in terms of admin and answering any questions. Highly recommend and a variety of classes of all abilities so there is something for everyone.

My son has been training with First Kicks for a few years now and has really enjoyed the sessions. Indoor sessions at Players Lounge are great for the younger children and Hannakins is a great facility for older children. Coaches are all excellent and make the sessions fun. Focus is on ball work even from an early age which helps the kids develop their skills. I would highly recommend!

My son has really enjoyed going to the weekly football training here. He’s progressed massively. Coaches are all friendly and approachable really recommend.

My boy is 4and a half , this was a big step up from baby ballers. First kicks offer a more about football approach and has focus on skills , shooting , tackling and dribbling . Rob the trainer is very patient with the kids and encourages listening and communication while ensuring everyone is included in activities.
